Quietly located on a dead end street leading to the park volley ball and basketball courts. Less than a mile from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Vet clinic and dog boarding across the street. A row of cedar trees on one side and a seldom used gravel public parking lot, which you can use, on the other.
