A small house in the heart of the Park

Our house is located in the countryside, in a quiet area, near Nocé and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the châteaux of the Loire. This is our second home (not a house rented year-round). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will meet two little female cats that we adopted in August 2021. They are very gentle with children and independent thanks to the cat flap. If you are allergic to cats, please refrain 😉

Le gîte des pierres, 60 m² en ville, classé deux étoiles. 5 minutes à pied des commerces du Pâty (boulangerie, boucherie, café tabac presse). 20 min à pied des commerces du centre. Proche du château, dans le quartier historique. Proche de la promenade Camille Sylvi au bord de l’Huisne et des sentiers Ruelle au calme, à l’abri du passage des voitures. Abri à vélo dans cour fermée. Fibre, wifi, Home cinéma, lecteur blu ray, livres, BD, DVD. Le linge de maison et le ménage sont compris.

Dans un petit hameau tranquille sur les hauteurs de Rémalard (tous commerces) et le long d'un circuit de randonnée, ce gite en formule tout inclus est idéal pour se mettre au vert ! Longère percheronne de plain pied : séjour avec cuisine équipée, salon (poêle à bois, canapé convertible 2 pers. (draps non fournis), TV, bureau), chambre (lit 2 pers 160 x 200 cm - draps fournis) en rez de jardin avec accès sur terrasse en bois, salle de bains (douche à l'italienne et baignoire d'angle), wc.

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. On request, we will be happy to offer you a homemade breakfast with local products (€12.5/pers). See you soon :)

Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!
