A small house in the heart of the Park

Our house is located in the countryside, in a quiet area, near Nocé and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the châteaux of the Loire. This is our second home (not a house rented year-round). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will meet two little female cats that we adopted in August 2021. They are very gentle with children and independent thanks to the cat flap. If you are allergic to cats, please refrain 😉

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Gîte in the heart of the Perche

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this all-inclusive cottage is ideal for getting green! Single-story Percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, lounge (wood-burning stove, sofa bed for 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (double bed 160 × 200 cm – sheets provided) on the garden level with access to the wooden terrace, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Small charming house in the heart of Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends. The stone cottage, 60 m² in town, classified two stars. 5-minute walk to Pâty shops (bakery, butcher, coffee, tobacco, press). 20 min walk to downtown shops. Close to the castle, in the historic district. Close to the Camille Sylvi promenade by the Huisne and trails Quiet alley, sheltered from the passage of cars. Bike shelter in enclosed courtyard. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest.
