Bed linens/towels can be rented for SEK 200/person.

Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed on the sleeping loft. The price includes bed linens and towels. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Cozy, fresh and modern accommodation in the middle of Åre village. NOTE: Age limit min. 28 years or in the company of parents. Large apartment of 72 square meters, two bedrooms and open floor plan between kitchen/living room. Balcony, sauna, washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet are available in the apartment. Ski storage with shower, toilet and storage on changing days. Sheets and towels are brought by the tenant. Wi-Fi (fiber). Parking space is available for rent (max. 1 car). Cleaning can be purchased (about SEK 1,500) otherwise there is cleaning equipment in the apartment.

Ottsjö, Årefjällen - with magnificent views!

Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Newly-built cottage of 30 sqm with bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen and cozy sleeping loft. 15 minutes to cross-country skiing or hiking, 5 minutes to swimming and fishing in Indalsälven and 11 minutes to alpine skiing or downhill cycling in Åre. St Olavsleden passes outside the cottage. The cottage is located on a villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre, which is 12 km away. The cabin is 400 meters from Undersåker train station (there is an electric car charger) and 150 meters from the bus stop.

There are dog sleds and fishing. 300 meters to Ica Bua, which has everything you need. Close to fantastic swimming. Departure cleaning can possibly be arranged.

The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.
