Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Basically, ski in/ski out with only a 100-meter walk to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (part of the Åre lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, a grocery store and the ski bus to Åre (in operation during the ski season).
