Recently renovated apartment, elevator, located in the Barrio de La Latina, 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor and 10 from the Puerta del Sol. The Apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two full bathrooms, one with separate shower and toilet cabin, 2 bedrooms, and an integrated kitchen room, with all appliances, in which there is a 1.35 sofa bed. Coffee and infus Open up the tall wooden shutters and let in the Spanish sun at a cool, contemporary abode with rustic wooden beams and elegant paneling. Statement white headboards and geometric accents bring the period space up to date. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a renovated traditional building with lift. There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. It is normally from 3pm but we will do our best to have the apartment ready for you ASAP. Anything you need during your stay, feel free to contact us! La Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods. There are quite a few nightlife spots, but the area is known as having the best concentration of tapas bars. La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid inside the city walls. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car.

El departamento es perfecto para conocer Madrid, con fácil acceso al metro y autobús, la zona es céntrica y muy limpia y segura, a una cuadra hay un carrefour puedes hacer tus compras a cualquier hora, también hay algunos restaurantes y farmacias Si viajas en autobús llegas justo a unos metros del departamento. La atención de antonio es impecable, nos recibieron a nuestra llegada y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de lo que se pudiera ofrecer. El departamento quedó muy bien para la cantidad de personas que éramos estuvimos muy cómodos. Es muy limpio y agradable, bastante práctico. Estamos invitados a volver pronto!!!

El Apartamento, estaba muy bien, dado que contaba con mucho espacio y buena acústica, lo que sí el parking es bastante justo si tienes un coche muy grande o ancho. Sólo creo que le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las puertas y paredes, pero resto muy bien todo. Nose como será en pleno verano, pero para primavera va muy bien porque no hace falta aire ni ventilador. En el caso de que mires TV, eso sí, es un poco vieja, tal vez debería dejar una smart tv, el wifi va perfecto podes hacer teletrabajo.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per quattro giorni con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati bene. La posizione è centralissima, con tutto il necessario a pochi passi, inclusa la metro che, però, abbiamo usato poco perché la città si visita comodamente a piedi. Pur trovandosi in una zona centrale, l’appartamento è molto silenzioso grazie alla sua posizione all’interno di un cortile. Durante la settimana erano in corso dei lavori nell’edificio, ma non ci hanno disturbato perché eravamo fuori tutto il giorno. L’appartamento, sebbene un po’ stretto per quattro persone, è stato comunque funzionale dato che lo abbiamo utilizzato solo per dormire. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati flessibili, e l’host sempre disponibile e rapido nelle risposte. Consigliato!
