Great stay and apartment was even nicer than the pictures. Host was easily contactable when we were trying to check in. About a 40min walk into central Madrid but bus/metro easy to use and more like 20/30mins. Comfy bed and all very clean and a pretty quiet neighborhood so slept well!

the space is extremely pleasant, very good location, both for those who want to go to Warner Park, or for those who want to visit Madrid and surroundings. You can leave the car and go by transport. the house was clean and in excellent condition. The host, in the person of her mother, is fantastic. all 5-Star came back again. thank you

I booked by mistake for one guest when in fact there were 4 of us. Something that Fernando knew about practically when we arrived, however, he did not put any objection. The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

Just like the photos. The large bedroom overlooks a quiet street, although on party nights people pass by shouting. The small bedroom overlooks an interior courtyard. The kitchen equipment is very good and allows you to cook comfortably. We have had no problems at all except that some nights people partying in the street that leads to the main bedroom pass by screaming, but it is not the owner's fault.... inside everything is a small street where there is almost no traffic, but the partygoers take it on their route. Communication with Anton was quick and flawless. Thank you very much! We'll repeat.

Pedro was very attentive and kind from the beginning, making sure that we had everything we needed and we did. As for the cleanliness, everything was spectacular, everything was very clean. The apartment's atmosphere is charming, cozy, and air-conditioned. All positive opinions, I would go back without thinking.

The apartment located in the squer of the old town of Alcala. Best location, walk distance from all sights. The place is clean, fully arranged, feels very warm and homy. We loved staing there and recommend to all.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

That's a very silent appartement nearby the plaza las-ventas, it's very great for these people who are very crazy about bullfighting culture, such as me!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

The place is homey and spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood with easy access to metro, shopping mall and local shops. Very nice and helpful neighbors and Jose was a star host, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great apartment in the best neighborhood in the city! Very close to Retiro Park as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. Francisco was so nice and responsive as well.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.
