Very nice and comfortable apartment, as shown in the photographs, very clean, well cared for and with everything you need for a stay like at home: coffee maker, toaster, kitchenette, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, iron... Also about 2/3 minutes from the metro stop. Very attentive hosts respond right away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 🙂

Sergio's apartment was fabulous....we would describe it as a junior studio...the bedroom is not separated by a closed door but far enough away from the living room area to afford privacy...with the doors and windows closed, the apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The double bed was very comfortable...not too firm and not soft!! The neighborhood was lively...great restaurants all up and down the street...great walking area...in fact, we walked all over the city!! We would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to enjoy what the center city of Madrid has to offer...always felt very safe...even walking home at 2 am! My wife and I stayed for two weeks and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. The late check-in was a little inconvenient only because of how early our flight arrived. But our host was extremely accommodating and worked to make sure we could leave our luggage early, and ultimately worked with the cleaning service to get us into the apartment a couple hours earlier than anticipated. The apartment itself is extremely convenient with lots of amenities within short walking distance including the Metro. Overall, we would absolutely stay there again on our next visit to Madrid!

Carlos is a great host, very responsive. The finishes in the apartment are top notch, the bed is comfy. The location can't be beat. It was well designed and fit my needs for a long stay while working remotely.

Maria met us and welcomed us to her apartment. Maria was thoughtful from the moment we booked. The apartment is in a fantastic location for site seeing. We enjoyed morning and afternoon walks around the area, and enjoyed the apartment during the day when it was hot. The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is excellent and the contributions of Yiftach and his collaborator made everything better and easier. The accommodation provides everything expected as it is new appliances in perfect working order. The water and its pressure are excellent. The equipment is complete. The location couldn't be better, right in the center but absolutely quiet. It allows you to walk around the main points of Madrid and the proximity to the Metro complements the above. A bustling, attractive and at the same time very safe area. I would probably go back to the apartment

Location ideal. Walk to just about all areas in Madrid in a short time. Two subway stations nearby, if desired. The apartment has everything Gigi described. The terrace is very large, well-furnished, and faces west. Therefore, the sun shines on it from mid-late morning to the early evening. There is a large awning that unfold automatically for shade, if needed. In addition, if you look down, it is a very restaurant, store and pedestrian area, but the terrace is so high up that you can enjoy your time outside eating or reading with virtually no noise from below. Many people enjoy going to restaurants with rooftop dining and drinking. This terrance is comparable to those rooftop restaurants! Our host, Gigi, was simply amazing. She actually owns the apartment and cares for it as if she lives in it. She was incredibly responsive to all inquiries before and during our rental. On a scale of 10, I would score her 100--just superlative. Great hot water for showers, too

After a couple weeks staying in uncomfortable spaces in Spain, Ana's apartment was an incredibly welcome surprise. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, everything worked, and the bathroom deserves its own 5-star review. Ana was the perfect host - she waited patiently for me at the apartment after my train arrived late, she gave me great tips for navigating the city, and she communicated clearly throughout. The location is also ideal for someone looking to explore Madrid. It's just outside the chaos of the city center but close enough where everything is in walking distance. Bonus points for being less than a 5-minute walk from El Retiro, the city's massive park. I couldn't recommend this apartment more. Next time I'm in Madrid, I'll definitely be looking for this place.

We had a great stay here in Madrid. Location is perfect in walking distance of all local attractions but metro stop is also very close by. Lovely apartment, very clean and quiet. Would stay here again! ☺️

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance from museums, parks, bars, and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean.

Madrid was our favorite city we visited in Spain and Mar's apartment was our favorite of the three we stayed in on our trip. There is not one negative thing to say about the apartment, her responsiveness and the location. We had such a great time! And we would definitely check availability for this apartment should we find ourselves back in Madrid.

I cannot say enough about the hospitality we were shown. We were met in person at the apartment and were walked through everything. They had thought of everything and even had some sweets for my daughter as well as some beverages and snacks waiting for us. After a long day of travel, these extra touches mean a lot. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Madrid.

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real landlord. Always friendly in communications that they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point of the city. Clean and tidy.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in the semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Wonderful stay in this house located within a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two accommodations, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decoration are beautiful and in excellent condition. The environment is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.
