Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Oavsett ni besöker Göteborg ett par dagar eller är på genomresa kommer ni att älska detta mysiga miniboende i lugnt område strax utanför Göteborg. Njut av ett fräscht attefallshus byggt 2017 med fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin, ljuvligt sovloft med 140 cm säng. Eftersom det även finns en bäddsoffa på 140 cm så går det att bo 4 personer med lite vilja. Parkering ingår men om du hellre åker kollektivt tar ni er smidigt in till centrum på endast 20 minuter. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

The bed sofa can accommodate 2 adults (120cm wide). The sleeping loft 1 adult (Max 100kg, NOTE: Use is at own risk). 25min (car) to central Gothenburg. 50min (walk & bus) to central Gothenburg. NOTE: No running water in the guesthouse. Guest bathroom and laundry is seperate in the mainhouse. (private for the guests)

By bus or tram you can easily reach central Gothenburg in 15 minutes and the sea, with bath and ferry boats that gives you quick access to the archipelago. To the east, the tram takes you directly to the city centre. To the west, the tram takes you quickly to Saltholmen or why not a 15-minute walk. Once there, you will find bathing areas and public transport boats to the entire southern archipelago. A grocery store, café, restaurant and pharmacy are less than 500 metres from the property.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
