Original southern house from 1850. Significantly renovated in winter and spring 2019. The house was originally in a different place, and was moved to the place it now stands in the 1900s. The house is full of charm that we have chosen to keep. Among other things, floors and walls are crooked. But the timber itself is right. Windows are level, but parts of the living room and rooms rather. This either makes you love the house, or irritates yourself. The floors are ground down to original floors from the 1900s. The outdoor area has been upgraded with flattening.

A house by Sørlandet's pearl, short road to the zoo

Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. Homborsund is a gem in the middle of Lillesand and Grimstad and is located in the countryside. We have Homborsund dock within walking distance with nice swimming area and hiking trails and light rail a few meters from the house. Nice walking path by the sea around the calf garden. 25 minutes drive to Dyreparken in Kristiansand. Soccer field is also one stone's throw away. 15 minutes to Lillesand city center which is perfect for Lillesand days. And 15 minutes to Grimstad city center.

dazzling SeaView apartment

the apartment has a fantastic sea view and an all year open jacuzzi (room for 7 people). Big bedroom with 180cm bed. bedroom 2 has bunk beds 140x200 and 90x200. bedroom 2 is not yet connected to the apartment (see pictures). sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! if there's anything at all, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Kort vei til Arendal, Tvedestrand, Risør sentrum, med bil og båt. Her kan tiden nytes. Båtliv, badeliv, restauranter, marinaer, idylliske holmer og øyer. Svært gode tur og treningsmuligheter ut fra eiendommen. Enten langs kysten eller inn i skogen blant små vann. Dette er Sørlandet på sitt aller beste.
