Newly renovated cottage with private jetty and amazing views. The property has the address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

The boathouse was built in a traditional way in the 1970s and is located right by the water with a great view of the sea. Here you can start the day with your morning coffee at the window, take a refreshing bath, enjoy the sun on the dock, or just relax and watch the life on the sea. This is not a modern vacation home with luxury and high standards. The boathouse has a simple and practical interior, characterized by its age and history. The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. There is a 15 minutes walk to the University(UIA). Many great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a cozy TV area, a refrigerator, a kitchenette with an electric kettle, and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets are extra 100 NOK per day.

Newly renovated and fresh guest suite on Tromøy! Approx. 15 minutes drive from E-18 and Arendal city center is this cozy, private and detached apartment. The zoo is about 45 minutes away by car. The apartment is rural located on a courtyard, with a horse garden close to the apartment. Rowboat and jetty are included to visit the Tromlingene nature reserve as well as the archipelago. Motor can be rented for an additional fee. It is only a short walk to Skarestrand, and many nice hiking areas around us.

Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.
