The house is from 2001, the architect sign and cladding in the Osp. It is completely unobtrusive, it is 200 m to the nearest neighbor and borders the Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ There is a 40HK boat, boat space above the road. 🚤🌊 (+500kr per night for boat rental) season: April 16-November 14 Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to housekeepers. Panoramic view of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feel, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic items will be available at your disposal. Everyone who rent from us will be greeted with a nice welcome gift.

Unique location on Tyholmen in Arendal center - immediate distance to water, beach, marina, town, shopping center and restaurants. The 18th century house has 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in living room, full kitchen, tiled bathroom, a fire place and a patio. One climb stairs on the outside to get to the house. We also have a fairly steep staircase up to the second floor of the house (indoor). Recommend parking in Tyholmen parking garage 2 min from the house.

A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.
