Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arès

Small house, very nice and very well equipped in a very quiet residential area. Elodie is an exceptional host both in terms of her responsiveness and her listening... not to mention her touch of humor. I highly recommend this ideal rental for small families.

Great stay, the hosts were very welcoming even from a distance. The accommodation is very beautiful and very well maintained with all the necessary products, everything was perfect! Excellent location with a very nice pool and a very nice garden with a little extra: the harvest of 3 fresh eggs.

J was extremely responsive and helpful! He was there when we arrived, showed us around the property, and made wonderful restaurant & activity suggestions. Because we arrived just before a holiday, he was very kind to help us make restaurant reservations for our entire stay; we would not have gotten in otherwise. The property was very centrally located - a short 1/2 block walk to Josie's Coffee shop; around the corner from a bike rental shop, bakery, grocery store, and the Lighthouse. We walked or biked around the town easily. The house was perfect - Cleanliness is super important to me and it was super clean. The house was recently renovated, had modern updates, and was very nicely decorated. The layout was perfect - each bedroom has its own bathroom. And, enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard at the pool in the late afternoon. This was a jewel of an experience for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. It was exactly as the photographs showed, and the description online is accurate. The villa is finished to a very high standard and is very comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet. I would recommend guests to hire bicycles as there are no shops in walking distance. We did not do this and subsequently had to drive everywhere. Apart from this we loved everything about the villa and Joel communicated well prior to our visit.

If you read my review, it's probably because the photos of the accommodation have already won you over... and you're right: the reality is even more beautiful. Few places really impress me, but here, I was sincerely marked. The decoration is tastefully thought out, the small touches are delicate, the cleanliness is impeccable. It feels good, soothing, like being wrapped in a cocoon, far from the tumult of everyday life. A special place, ideal for disconnecting and recharging. Go there without a second thought.

The charming Kalymnos home was perfect, warm and welcoming. I got the sense the house has been in the family for several generations where much fun was had. The king sized bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me! We felt very at home cooking and eating in the dining room that opens to a beautiful garden with a pool under the deck. It was too chilly for us to swim, but we enjoyed looking at the pool. We used the available bikes to ride a trail next to the Arcachon Bay and visited the Antique Market which was full of cool antiques. In the evenings we enjoyed the short walk from the house to the bay to watch the sunsets. We wanted to experience a community near the Arcachon Bay where French locals live and play. Isabelle’s home gave us that experience. Merci!

The mattress is a little too thin and hard, it's the only small negative point, after that everything else was perfect.

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment, even better than in the photos. A breathtaking view at any time of the day. A modern, well-decorated, clean space. The little extras: the pool (with always the view of the pool) , the quiet environment. A perfect place for young and old. Alix and Fabrice are very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We will come back without hesitation! If you want to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation: come with your eyes closed.

Clementine was very nice and came at 10 p.m. to welcome us. Her little house is very nice and very well decorated! A brioche of bread and jars of homemade jam were waiting for us the next morning: very much appreciated! Its garden is a small haven of peace... the car is in a closed place. Its accommodation is ideally located in the city center, close to restaurants, shops, the beach, the covered market and especially the bike path! The car hasn't moved from the living room! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with all you could need for cooking. We really appreciated availability of spices , oils and herbs. And also utensils and cleaning materials were all there for our use. We were able to take 20 minute walk to boulangerie and only 5 minute drive to supermarket and fantastic pizza place. Great day trips to Bordeaux Hossegar, Capbreton Biarritz and Cap Ferret. Spacious feel to the apartment and very comfortable.

It was wonderful! First time in Cap Ferret and what a discovery! We loved it! The house was great, cozy and the terrace sunny! We all rode bikes and the location was really ideal between ocean and basin and not far from restaurants and shops! We can't wait to come back!!!

Very nice, spacious, bright and very well-equipped house. Very well located in Cap Ferret. Ideal for a family stay with young children: lots of toys, books, etc. available and enclosed garden. In addition, Catherine is very responsive.

The house is simply beautiful and completely suitable for hosting a large family or a pretty tribe. Impeccable kitchen, everything is there. The rooms are spacious and clear, the dorms made the teenagers happy and the outdoor spaces (swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi) won everyone's votes! Yvan was a great help with tips and tips. I recommend this house 1000%!!

We had a great stay with 3 generations! In this house, you feel really good. The place is quiet and relaxing. We will certainly come back.

Very nice, comfortable, bright villa. The pool is a real pleasure. Very well maintained outdoor area. Time for sharing with the petanque court.
