This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The house is approved as a rental house by the Spanish authorities, and has a VV license. It is a security for you as a renter. There are rules of order that everyone must familiarize.

Perfect apartment, very well equipped with everything you need, from beach towels to the umbrella, nothing was missing. Spectacular view from the apartment, kitchen for supply. Convenient area with beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, bus stops to get around near the apartment. All that was missing was an extra set of keys.

Very nicely located, directly overlooking the sea. You can hear the waves very loud in the apartment, we thought it was nice, but you have to like it. Unfortunately, the basic amenities in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, kitchen towel) were not available, which was a pity. The apartment is modern and without much frills, which was very pleasant, especially with our little daughter. The place is easily accessible by public buses and there are also several restaurants and small supermarkets right nearby. For the nearest city with cafes and a little more offer, you can walk a little. Since the accommodation is very south of the country, we had great weather almost every day.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb apartment. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, and very close to shops, taxis, and the bus station, which made getting around super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The mattress was honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept on, so comfortable! The highlight was definitely the terrace spacious with amazing views, perfect for relaxing in the morning or evening. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Victor was an amazing host! Thank you!
