Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

we have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Nicolas property. we were extremely happy on arrival, instructions were clear and easy to follow. everything was as described & in the photos. Nicolas checked in with us by txt to make sure all was well & if we needed anything. the property is in a quiet peaceful location but within walking distance to nearby beach & restaurants. would definitely recommend and will possibly return ourselves in the future. We stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks, the apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom, good beds, large terrace with seating area, sun loungers, etc. Quiet and pleasant neighbors. The apartment was clean, tidy, well maintained. We enjoyed the apartment very much. Recommended

We were a family of two adults and two children under the age of 6 who stayed four weeks in Arguineguin. We had an amazing stay at Carlos's apartment. Nice porch with stunning views and sunset every night, clean, good beds, good TV and internet access and good size in all rooms. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped and as a family with small children we missed a vacuum cleaner. The apartment is at the top, so one has to be prepared for stairs or tops. But we appreciate daily activity and our 5 year old is in big shape now. (On those lazy days, a taxi was costing home under 5€). The apartment has otherwise nice connection to hiking opportunities in the mountains and quite close to most things. Carlos was available and very accommodating on our requests. We would love to come back to this wonderful place. Recommend everyone to book here.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. It was quiet, peaceful and the view was mesmerising. The area felt very private, however, there was plenty of restaurants around the place to choose from. The apartment itself was as extremely clean, and it was perfect for private vacation - perfect for couples! The walk to the beach took 3 minutes, and there was plenty of shops around the apartment. I would highly recommend for the view itself!
