You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

This peaceful studio is absolutely charming! The vibrant Rose District is perfect for window shopping, visiting local antique shops, and great dining! Easy expressway access means the Gathering Place, Utica Square, and downtown Tulsa are just a short drive. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and rest well at the end of the day!

Cabin in the Woods, 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed.

Turtle Cove- Hot tub, Kayaks, Fire Wood Included

Come and enjoy a peaceful getaway in our quiet cove on Table Rock Lake. Relax in our guest house with a private deck, hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit and beach at your back door! Enjoy swimming or fishing in the cove, sunning on a paddle board or kayaking at sunset. Paddle boards and kayaks included! Our cozy Starlight Cottage is separate from the main house for seclusion and privacy, but we are just next door for quick service and host response. It features picture windows with a woodland view and a private fenced deck with an outdoor hot tub for two. We are located on 13 acres of densely wooded hilltop fewer than 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Enjoy walking our property, playing with our kitty 'Oreo', or napping in the hammock......a perfect couple's getaway!

Private Cottage at the Old Station

Enjoy a piece of history while staying in the Old Station guest cottage. Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Inside is a queen-size bed, a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, and mini-fridge), and a good-size bathroom with walk-in shower. While here, visit The Old Station Museum and Market.

The Nest - Luxury Cottage in Charming Locale

Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. The cottages are located just off Lover’s Lane. Take a stroll, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.
