Loft holiday rentals in Arkansas River

The unit was quiet and within easy walking distance of downtown Leadville. There are enjoyable hiking trails in the area, including the Mineral Belt Trail which can be reached with a short walk from the unit.

I had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful loft. It was everything we could have asked for and more. It was very clean and spacious. The communication was great and felt so welcomed. I will be recommending this place to others!

My partner and I enjoyed two nights at Helen’s place during our trip. The loft was in a great location for exploring the city. It is close to the Plaza and walking distance to artsy stores. The loft was peaceful with beautiful art on the walls, the bed was comfortable, and kitchen was the perfect size. The hosts were very responsive and had a detailed recommendation book. Parking is limited in the small lot during the day but emptied in the evening.

We absolutely loved our stay at Utopia Joe Loft! The location is unbeatable—right in downtown Guthrie and walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. The loft was very clean, beautifully designed, and filled with fantastic artwork that gave it so much personality. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even better. And a small but appreciated detail—the toilet paper was high quality! It may seem like a little thing, but it really does make a difference. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

Very cute loft in walkable distance to the Pioneer Women Mercantile. There was a very bad storm that went through the day before our arrival. The power went out for a few hours for repairs and Addie was very accommodating- called to check in and offered to find us a place to stay if the power didn’t come back on. Highly recommend!

Ashley’s place was absolutely fantastic! From the start, communication was seamless, and she was incredibly accommodating with our request for an early check-in, which made our arrival stress-free. The home itself was spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable—perfect for our family getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the easy access to the pool and workout area, which was a huge bonus. The kids especially loved the surrounding area and had a great time exploring. All the instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made settling in very smooth. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to town!

The perfect location! If you love history, charm, and being right in the heart of everything downtown, the loft is perfect. We were able to walk to amazing restaurants, local shops, hike, bike, and explore. The loft itself was spotless, decorated perfectly for the history and full of character.

I’m an avid AirBnB traveler and Lindsay’s loft is truly a gem. Absolutely wonderful… chic yet cozy. A winning combination. This was a work trip for me but I’m already planning to return for enjoyment. <3

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and I genuinely felt sad leaving! The pond ducks, herons, and turtles are just wonderful- and this neighborhood is extremely walkable and peaceful. The entire apartment is spacious, well thought out, and I just felt right at home. Thanks to Tim, Greta, and Lilly for the stay, and I hope to be back.

Great secluded cabin nestled in the woods!!! My husband and I absolutely loved sitting on the spacious deck/soaking in the hot tub, while being surrounded by wildlife (birds, deer, etc.). We took advantage of the grill and grilled steaks. We were pleased to find such a clean cabin with an abundance of amenities within minutes from so many restaurants, wineries, and walking trails. I highly recommend this cabin, and would definitely like to return in the near future.👍🏻

This was one of the best experiences I had at and Airbnb. The place was so beautiful and looks even better than the pictures. Ashely has great response time and is super easy to get a hold of.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a softball tournament. We stayed 4 nights. The place was very nice, clean, well decorated, stocked with amenities, and upon entering it was nice and cool as it was very hot outside. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed all the restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed watching the big tv and catching our OKC Thunder get the W. Fernando was very responsive when I reached out, and even brought my Amazon package to me at my request as I had to order while staying there. The place looks just like the pictures. We will definitely look to stay again if ever in the area.

My sister and I stayed a few nights in Jungalow, and we loved it from the minute we walked in. The location is perfect for walking to many sites, shops, and restaurants in Hot Springs. It’s also in a great spot for people watching. Our host answered all questions we had before and during the booking process and stayed in constant contact during our trip. Jungalow was clean and looked just like the pictures. We would definitely book with Overnight Digs again!

The property was great. It's newly remodeled and very comfortable. Felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The town is small and quiet but has a great charm to it. Dwayne, the property manager was always available to answer any questions I had. One of the drawbacks is that the property does not have a mailbox, so it makes delivery's difficult. However, Dwayne was very accommodating and went above and beyond when I needed to get some important documentation delivered to me. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.
