Herzlich willkommen im Chalet-ALOHA ALOHA steht im Hawaiianischen für Freundlichkeit, Frieden, Lebensfreude, Liebe und Wertschätzung. Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Welcome to your apartment in our house built in 2022. Enjoy the easily accessible location, even in winter, the comfort of the private entrance and the parking space at the house. Your equipment and shoes will fit in the lockable ski room with boot dryer. Your apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and Wi-Fi. The highlight: a private terrace with barbecue facilities. Bus lines to the ski resort are very close. Water, heating, garbage disposal included.

Generous cupboards, fully furnished kitchen, living room, dining area. The flat shares the use of the common facilities with the other flats in the house : Sauna, Gym, off-street Parking, breakfast lounge, Garden and Ski-Room. Breakfast can be booked separately.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Alte Sennerei Lechleiten

Alte Sennerei Lechleiten is a lovingly renovated holiday home for ideally 6 but a maximum of 10 people. The partly more than 400-year-old house, which originally used to produce dairy products, has been extensively renovated, with the result being an oasis of well-being out of modern comfort and rustic coziness. You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
