Great place to stay in DC! Close and convenient to all the attractions. They were great hosts.

Love this spot! -Quiet bedroom and a bustling neighborhood. -Several good restaurants/shops along Mt. Pleasant St. -Easy access to public transit. -The host is warm and accommodating.

Came to the city to visit my friend, and this place is really close to theirs. A lot of shops in the surrounding area. We loved the place, cute and clean, has everything we would need. Definitely a great place for single travelers or couples. The apartment building is quiet and safe. Instructions for check in and check out are detailed, and hosts are responsive. We would love to choose Anthony’s place again in the future!

The views from anywhere you stood in the apartment were breathtaking. The metro is so close and makes travelling around the city a piece of cake. Parking was fantastic. I had an issue with a pool pass. Tyna was on it for me.

Daniel and James were great hosts. Their place was beautiful spacious and very comfortable. Also, modern and extremely clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and we were a short ride share or walk to everything. We loved our stay!

We were so happy with this basement apartment and location. Robert was very helpful and responsive. Most days we drove to the mall parking garage near the Pentagon and took the metro from Pentagon City station to the Smithsonian station (the pre-loaded $30 card available online was perfect for our stay). Driving from the unit to Arlington took mere minutes. It isn't too far from Mt. Vernon either. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We would stay here again! The current pictures under sell the unit. We were very happy to find it was bigger than expected. It could use a little updating, but we didn't mind. All we did was sleep, eat some breakfast, and return each night with aching feet and legs from a typical day of walking D.C.

Thank you so much for offering your place. Margaret’s place was very cute and comfy for our group going to see a concert. This was the best little place to come home to and decompress. Very quiet location. I got great sleep. Things to note was parking is a two blocks away but it worked out because we just walked or hitched a uber or Lyft. Also I did not see where the trash cans for the property were so I left it in the only trash cans out front. Overall this is a home away from home and felt very invited and also safe. The front door sign only Queens no Kings and pride flags scattered about made me feel a lot more comfortable. I would love to come stay here for a solo trip. Had an amazing time and hope to return in the near future. Thank you again for having us :) we all had so much fun in DC

The house was in incredible condition when we got there. Super clean!!! And very recently updated with nice furniture! Check in was easy. The beds were very comfortable and linens were high quality. Everything was as described. There was plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent. The appliances were top notch. Lots of hot water for baths/showers. Our kids loved the outdoor space out back. There was a TV in every bedroom that actually worked! Good street and driveway parking. Felt like a secure and safe neighborhood. Easy walk to the metro and grocery in one direction. The other direction was filled with fun restaurants, shops and bars and even a farmers market on Saturday. Highly recommend bagel uprising and moo burgers!

Wonderful place for our family to stay for our Washington DC vacation. Perfect location to the White House, the national mall and other landmarks. Highly recommend the very short drive down to Alexandria old town as well for great restaurants and shopping. The castle is definitely one of our new favorites!

This was a short-notice trip, so our options were limited. We were fortunate that Diana & Vivek's place was available. It was more expensive than we're used to, but it was well worth it! There was great communication before and during our stay. The house was spotlessly clean. What really made it stand out was all kitchen stuff: spices, tools, snacks, drinks. I ended up needing to bake cupcakes & everything I needed was there except the mix, eggs, and frosting! The neighborhood was quiet - just what we needed. The backyard was big & beautiful, too. We'll happily stay there again if it's available when we travel to the D.C. in the future.

Simple place in a convenient location. Appreciated the effective AC in the humid summer heat and the spacious layout, comfortably sleeping our whole group.

Ruhee’s place is comfortable and convenient in a central location. It is especially great for people who want to enjoy Arlington car-free as you are just a short walk from the Metro and buses run up Wilson Blvd regularly. The beds are super comfy, especially the pillows. The towels are fluffy and soft. The kitchen is fully equipped.

House was perfect for our DC stay. It was close to restaurants, not far from the metro, and close to the airport. Great host who was super accommodating to our needs. I have a fragrance allergy and he made sure all the bed linens were washed in fragrance free detergent. The kitchen and living spaces were well equipped. The bunk beds have been upgraded to a full over full. The street was usually quiet with the weekends being the loudest traffic, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping well. The only thing I could think to add might be blackout curtains over the windows since the two rooms with queen beds get some sunlight in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would happily stay here again.

A beautiful home with a great view and enough space for our team and coaches.. It’s in a great location with easy access to everything in D.C and the surrounding area. Will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

We felt right at home in Ian's place. It was very clean and exactly as described - spacious, walkable to so many things yet tucked away and private enough that it's quiet at night. One thing to note is the bed is incredibly firm.

Nicely decorated place with great hosts. The only watchout is that the ceiling is kind of low and I had to be careful to not hit my head (I am 6').

Celia was one of the most accommodating hosts that I have encountered. She allowed an early check-in and late checkout. She had apples, bananas and nuts for snacks in addition to coffee beans and even a couple of containers of milk, so I didn’t have to run out for coffee. The space is in a historic house in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It was quiet and there was a nice, private porch outback, which was a great spot for reading. The neighborhood itself is lovely with well maintained yards. A Metro station is about 1/2 mile away which allows easy access to all parts of DC. We were so happy with the accommodations, so I highly recommended Celia’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Israel’s place is a must stay while in DC. I wish I could gate keep it for myself lol. It’s exactly as described in photos. Perfect location in the Navy Yard and walkable to so many places. Each day I was able to walk to Orangetheory and SolidCore to workout and found a cute coffee shop along the way. I think the only thing I disliked was the firmness of the mattress but this will differ for everyone. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Responsiveness, location, cleanliness, check-in, were all on point. Additionally really appreciated Israel’s flexibility as a host. I was supposed to stay in December but due to a last minute emergency I needed to change my reservation literally hours before. Last minute travel changes with flight, accommodation, etc can be hectic but Israel helped make this part easy for me. Overall, great experience and will definitely be staying here again!
