Top accommodation + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was simple, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a bit small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was sufficient for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for a new Sanremo trip.

Fabulous stay! The walkability to literally everything is so invaluable. Groceries, restaurants, the beautiful promenade, and, of course, the beach is exceptional! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Although the apartment is only about two blocks from the “main vehicular drag” it’s very quiet and the views are to die for. I appreciated the full bathtub too. Perfect of relaxing in after of full day of exploring!

The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. A beautiful apartment where you immediately feel at home. Federico is a very friendly host and gave us valuable tips about the area, restaurants, etc. Check-in was very straightforward and you get all the instructions in advance.

This is a great apartment, very well situated but quiet at night. It was sparkling clean and it had everything we needed for a great vacation. The bedrooms were all big and cosy, we really felt like home. We would gladly return!

We came as a family, and it was very convenient to have three separate sleeping areas — a great option for a small group. The place is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with everything close by. The host was very responsive and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Highly recommended!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. I can’t say enough good things about my stay with Jean-Paul, Natalie, and Axelle! No photo or description can do the view justice - it’s incredible. The apartment itself was super clean and tidy and had some helpful amenities you don’t think of when traveling - including washing machine, an electric kettle, and a really great rain shower :) Would absolutely stay again! Just a note that the trains are about 15/20 minutes away by foot, which was a nice little walk for some but might be challenging for others as there are quite a lot of steps! Don’t let that deter you - it is so worth it!! Axelle was super responsive, helpful, and flexible which made it a completely stress free stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Impeccable accommodation, very clean. The area is beautiful, about a 10 minute walk from the beach, we loved our stay. Erick responds quickly, great host!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

Very pleasant stay in a functional accommodation, and in the immediate vicinity of the sea and restaurants, private residence with outdoor parking. The accommodation is very functional to live in, beautiful living room with open kitchen, very comfortable bedding, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the outdoors in chill or meal mode. The jet bath is of no interest, however. Clean accommodation with everything you need to cook. Francesco is very attentive. There were 3 of us, but for 4 people the spaces are large enough for everyone. I recommend 👍
