Liebe Laura, herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub in Sanremo mit Deinem kleinen Haus (Casetta), Deiner herzlichen Art und Deiner unendlichen Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit seiner liebevollen Einrichtung eine absolute Empfehlung. Ideal für alle, die einen Urlaub mitten drin in einer tollen italienischen Stadt am Meer verbringen wollen. Wir waren dort als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder/Teenager) und es war einfach nur großartig. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar - Kultur, Geschäfte, Strände, Restaurants. Eigentlich braucht man gar kein Auto. Aber wenn man mit Auto anreist, gibt es sogar extra eine Garage dafür (was für ein Luxus in einer Stadt). Das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei Dir! :)

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ninas Wohnung in Lucinasco. Die Unterkunft war super cool und schön eingerichtet- wir haben es sehr genossen. Nina ist eine wirklich liebe Gastgeberin. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir würden uns freuen wieder zu kommen. 😊☀️☺️🫒🇮🇹

Our stay in Marco’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location and views are truly incredible: waking up to see the sea glittering is pure magic, and you can see it from the bedroom, the balcony, the terrace - it’s just beautiful. There can be no more perfect place to sit and enjoy an aperitivo anywhere in Italy! We travelled with our daughter, age 5, and she had the most perfect little bedroom with cute kids’ bedding that made her feel special. There are sofa beds downstairs too, but we didn’t need those. Marco and his family are right nextdoor and available to help with anything but they were very respectful of our privacy and our stay was so quiet and peaceful. Because the steps up from the town would have been a lot for our daughter to manage every day we got a few taxis back after beach trips and it was super easy, they go from the station and there were always plenty instantly available. And so worth the little trip up the hill to benefit from the stunning views! Loved it.

Siamo stati davvero molto bene per i nostri giorni di vacanza al mare. La casa era adattissima alle nostre esigenze e sarebbe stata ottima anche per più di due persone. Ringraziamo per la gentilezza nell'accoglienza e nelle informazioni per ambientarci al meglio nella zona.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kein Trubel, nur Natur und Tiergeräusche, gut zum Entspannen und Verweilen. Manuela hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und ein tolles Buch mit örtlichen Ausflugs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten zusammengestellt. Sehr schön und hilfreich. Vielen Dank, Es war toll.

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen bei Marinella verbracht. Der Empfang war super herzlich. Wir haben sehr viel Hilfe und tolle Empfehlungen von Marinella und Anthony bekommen. Die Antike Mühle ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten zeitweise minimal Internet Empfang. Ich hatte einen mobilen Router mit, den an einer Angelrute montiert und damit war WLAN zum Googlen und Bilder verschicken vorhanden. Im Fluß am Haus sind schöne Bachforellen. Die Poststelle für die Angellizenz ist direkt an der Straße. Wir möchten uns nochmal herzlich bedanken und hoffen, daß wir es nochmal in die antike Mühle schaffen.

Un très bon séjour. Très bel emplacement. Un joli logement dans une propriété bien entretenue. Le point fort de ce logement est la tranquillité loin de l’agitation de la ville et la belle et grande terrasse.

Puiki vieta, įspūdingas vaizdas iš terasos, jauki baseino aplinka, rami kaimynystė, draugiškas šeimininkas. Pati vila labai erdvi, įspūdinga, daug poilsio zonų ir jaukios svetainės. Viskas ko reikia tiek šeimos, tiek ir draugų kompanijos poilsiui.

Our stay in Bordighera was excellent - the apartment exactly as described. Beautifully furnished in its individual, comfortable style it was the perfect place for a relaxing week. Having a car is highly recommended, however we loved the calm and privacy. The owner was super friendly, nice and supportive. Thank you for a perfect stay.

séjour en famille très agréable en avril. la vue sur la mer est magnifique. L'aménagement autour est très beau. Nous sommes arrivés tard mais Meriam nous a envoyé toutes les infos par vidéo. Au top, je recommande.

Remy et Johana sont des hôtes très disponibles et très réactifs, toujours soucieux de notre confort. Les consignes d’arrivée et de départ sont très précises ce qui les facilite grandement. L’appartement est très bien équipé et très confortable, la vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle ! Le garage privé et fermé a quelques pas du logement est un vrai plus. L’appartement est proche de Sanremo, Imperia, la frontière française et quelques sites à visiter en quelques minutes en voiture. Les restaurants conseillés par Remy et Johana ont fait notre bonheur gastronomique ! Merci à vous de nous avoir accueilli aussi chaleureusement ! Nous vous recommandons à 💯 % ainsi que votre logement. Nul doute que nous serons à nouveau vos hôtes si nous revenons dans la région. Sophie et Michel.

Enrico was a great host. Always on hand but still gave us good space to enjoy the property. He was helpful when we had an emergency too. Nice property in the hills

Unser Aufenthalt in Italien bei Imperia war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Woche lang in einer schönen Unterkunft zu verbringen, die uns mit ihrer Vielfalt und ihrem nachhaltigen Charme begeisterte. Die Besitzer, insbesondere die freundliche Gastgeberin Anny, haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gut umsorgt. Am ersten Abend wurden wir mit einem selbstgekochten Pasta-Gericht verwöhnt, das mit frischem Gemüse aus Anny's eigenem Garten zubereitet wurde. Anny stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung, sei es persönlich oder über eine Messenger App, wenn sie nicht vor Ort war. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kombination aus Nachhaltigkeit, freundlicher Gastfreundschaft und einer schönen Umgebung macht diese Unterkunft zu einem tollen Urlaubsziel. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkehren.

Le Logement est dans un emplacement idéal ! Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et il y a la possibilité de faire le bruit que l'on souhaite ! La piscine est tous les jours nettoyée par David, et c'est une bonne chose! Mis à part quelques soucis logistiques, David a su y répondre à la minute et nous a toujours mis dans le meilleur confort possible ! Merci ! David a toujours été disponible! Petite note pour la sécurité, nous avions des enfants et on doit faire attention, car il n'y a pas de barrières, ce sont des cordes et la chute est possible. A noter, que les chambres ne sont pas toutes réunies, il y a 2 chambres, coupées du reste, au sous-sol. Donc il faut laisser la maison ouverte la nuit pour que les gens puissent aller aux toilettes. (ce serait bien de le stipuler) Si non, tout a été super !! Il a mis à disposition le charbon pour des grillades et du bois pour un feu sympa en soirée. Pour faire la fête c'est un endroit parfait que nous recommandons ! Merci pour les citrons :)

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft! Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unbeschreiblich schön! Der Pool war wunderbar, sogar wärmer als erwartet. Wir haben zur Ankunft Eier, Zitronen und Olivenöl bekommen. Die Anfahrt durch die schmalen Straßen ist nicht leicht….es wird aber jeden Tag ein Stück einfacher :) Die Kommunikation mit Evelina war super nett und sie gab uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

A magical view! It’s just outside the hustle and bustle of Menton, but you can still hear the waves from the beach at night. We spent hours watching the super yachts in the bay and the people on the beach. It’s a strenuous walk back up the hill but completely worth it knowing that that view awaits you.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento (due adulti e un bambino di 2 anni e mezzo) una settimana a metà Giugno. Ci ha accolti la Sig.ra Gianna, anticipando la possibilità di check-in e facendoci trovare diverse cose per la colazione del nostro bambino. É stata molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o richiesta di cui avessimo bisogno. La casa é molto bella e di recente ristrutturazione, l’abbiamo trovata molto pulita e ordinata, ci hanno fornito anche un lettino da campeggio per il bambino, erano presenti prodotti di prima necessità per cucinare e per la pulizia giornaliera. La posizione è impagabile, da ogni finestra della casa si vede il mare, della cui vista abbiamo potuto godere ampiamente al mattino facendo colazione sul terrazzo. Il clima é fantastico, sempre ventilato tanto che non abbiamo mai dovuto accendere i condizionatori. La possibilità di accedere al mare in pochi minuti a piedi é un vantaggio importante, da valutare con passeggini.Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben uns vom Ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gutriechend. Der Garten bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Mutter von Bartolomeo hat uns zudem Tipps gegeben wo wir mit unserem Hund spazieren gehen können ohne an der Leine sein zu müssen. Cipressa war ein super Tip und wunderschön. Wir würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!! Danke für alles 🥰

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût et est idéalement situé. Yana a été très accueillante, nous recommandons ce logement.

Résidence agréable et appartement bien soigné, disposant d'un grande terrasse avec vue sur mer. Il constitue un excellent point pour découvrir la cote ligure de Vintimille à Noli. Les relations avec l'hôte et sa famille ont été très bienveillantes. Nous avons ainsi passé une excellente semaine de vacances. Je recommande fortement ce séjour.
