La estadía en la casa de Phil fue excelente! Empezando por la ubicación en una zona tranquila con una playa espectacular a una portera de distancia escuchando el ruido de las olas, la piscina, los juegos para los niños y grandes, los baños prácticamente que en cada dormitorio, la amabilidad de Luana y Patricia en la administración de la limpieza y cocina, sumado a la pronta disposición de Phil para ayudarnos por cualquier cosa, hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera fabulosa. Fueron unas vacaciones increíbles. Si dios quiere volveremos pronto!

el departamento es excelente. la zona inmejorable a pasos de la peatonal. es un lugar estrategico para ir a las playas, a todo caminando. el departamento es comodísimo, tanto para dormir, cocinar, bañarse, estar afuera, todo es un 10. volvería más días porque el complejo es hermoso y el departamento es inmejorable. Caio super atento para todo. lo súper recomiendo.

Tudo excelente! Só acho que poderiam deixar papel higiênico à disposição, pois estávamos em 5 pessoas e só havia 1 rolo no banheiro do andar de baixo e 1 no de cima. Na emergência, tivemos que providenciar e não sabíamos dessa condição. No mais, tudo perfeito!

Sergio es una persona muy amable, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotras, y nos espero con un detalle, cosa que se agradece mucho. El lugar hermoso, tal cual como aparece en las fotos, incluso me atrevería a decir que es mejor que en las fotos, totalmente recomendado.

Levei minha familia pra passar alguns dias em Buzio, escolhi a casa do Gustavo pela privacidade e aconchego, eu e minha familia adoramos o lugar, nos sentimos em casa. Gustavo foi bem atento e nos deu dicas para compras e lugares.. Obrigado Gustavo.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

A casa é encantadora! O lugar ideal para relaxar: lugar calmo, casa muito limpa, bem decorada e estruturada. Perto da casa tem um mercado com padaria (dá pra ir a pé). A comunicação com o Gustavo foi bem fluida e quando nos hospedamos, um time de ouro nos ajudou com pequenos detalhes: Romário, Vânia e sua mãe (que é uma excelente cozinheira). Só temos a agradecer e esperamos voltar no ano que vem!

From start to finish this was a fantastic getaway. Being from the US my group was nervous staying in an Airbnb in an area of Brazil we weren’t familiar with. Kai and his team went out of his way to ensure the house was up to our expectations and we had adequate recommendations (which were our standout experiences). The property is beautiful the view was even better :) Fabio, Kai, Ericka and Carmen 10/10 - will recommend it to others. THANK YOU!

we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

La casa hermosa, los espacios muy cómodos, Carlos y su señora muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todos los requerimientos, al igual que Marlene. Volvería al alojamientos sin dudarlo, fue una semana muy divertida y con muchos recuerdos gratos.

Nós tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa !!! A casa é muito bem cuidada, espaçosa e muito perto da praia. Passamos ótimos momentos. Vadi e Célia são muito atenciosos e educados. Renato muito rápido em atender nossas dúvidas. Voltaremos, com certeza !

Excelente ubicación a pasos de la playa y preciosa vista. Casa grande, amplia y limpia. La piscina es mas pequeña de lo que se ve en las fotos pero suficiente para refrescarse. Carlos siempre atento y preguntando por nuestras necesidades. Volveríamos de todas maneras.

Clean, well organized. Beds were comfortable. Info on how to use electric showers would have been good; especially to know that without rubber flooring you should wear rubber flip-flops in the shower, at least from info we received when we looked online, and also how to regulate the shower temperature. Also, since we were in a hotel prior that has hair dryers supplied that would have been a nice addition as I did not have one. Loved the private bathrooms with each room, plus a half bath on the main floor. Enjoyed the upstairs balcony with lounge chairs etc. Overall a very nice stay.

A casa de Alexia é absolutamente maravilhosa e para mim foi escolhida especialmente para passar o meu aniversário dos 30 anos por ser tão especial. Alexia foi excelente anfitriã e se esforçou para que tudo desse certo, tendo me ajudado a que esta reserva tenha acontecido mesmo quando a casa já não estava disponível no Airbnb, ela deu um jeito, então lhe agradeço muito! Foi sempre rápida a responder e deu imensas sugestões ótimas! A vista para o mar e o pôr do sol são impagáveis, o caminho para a praia da tartaruga, a proximidade com o centro de Búzios mas ao mesmo tempo estar localizada numa zona tranquila, achei maravilhoso. A decoração e o extremo bom gosto tornam a casa sem dúvida especial e irreverente. Um sítio com muita natureza e arte. Único ponto negativo são os mosquitos, mas nada que um bom repelente e velas próprias não resolvam, então aconselho a ir preparado com isso. Tirando isso tudo foi incrível, super recomendo e espero voltar um dia!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Es liegt direkt am Wasser, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Es standen 2 Kajak zur Verfügung und ein SUP. Die Restaurants und d Geschäfte sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden Tag etwas anderes Schönes entdeckt. Alles wurde von dem Hausmeisterehepaar, dass immer ansprechbar war, sauber gehalten. Guilherme war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns mit wertvollen Hinweisen versorgt. Die Übergabe war pünktlich und unkompliziert. Alles bestens für eine entspannten Zeit
