The chalet is located in a condominium (total of 4 chalets) with a family atmosphere composed of an outdoor area with two swimming pools (adult and children) and barbecue grill. The place is ideal for those who want to relax and be distracted. Private parking available. Nearby shops and buses at the door.

Wooden chalet 520 yards away from the beach and 500 yards away from the commerce. Integrated living room (40 inches TV set, subscription television, including movie channels such as HBO and Telecine, DVD player and 30Mb wi-fi system) and dining room, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped American kitchen, 1 bathroom (with an electric shower and a glass shower stall), a garden and a porch. While one bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the other has a trundle bed and a wardrobe.

The cottage is a simple accommodation, but with a great location. Close to the market, restaurants, bars. Praia do Forte is just an 8-minute walk away, as well as the hippie market and Parque das Águas. Downtown and the bus station are also very close. The cottages are in a shared area with three other cottages and a main house. The chalets are en-suites with a balcony and furnished with a double bed, minibar, fan.
