It is very nice and easy to maintain, everything is close by and is well equipped. It is eighty meters from Geribá beaches and 100m from Ferradurinha. There are bars and restaurants nearby. It is on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sunset on the deck with pool and barbecue area over the sea of Geribá.

Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
