Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Armenia

Great apartment and very friendly hosts. Everything matches the description. I stayed in May, and it was neither too hot nor too cold. The view from both sides of the apartment has a nice Yerevan vibe. The windows block out street noise very well. The bedroom window opens to an Armenian-style clothesline with a pulley. I felt completely at home here.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Everything is good except that there is no microwave and there is no water at nights. So if you come at home after a bar at 2 am you probably will not be able even to wash your hands which is very annoying. Some of the districts in armenia have this problem, but some are not. Wifi is great, I was working all days during the month, no problem. Having the low price and located at komitasa street this apartment is a good choice I think.

We loved this spacious loft-style apartment - the huge windows with mountain views were just stunning! It has a really cool vibe and is super quiet, being up on the 10th floor. Good to know for future tenants: the location is a bit uphill, so be ready for a short climb. The only small downside was the kitchen - the kettle leaked and there weren’t many utensils or dishes. With a few more kitchen essentials, it would be just perfect! Overall, we really liked this place and the communication with the host was very good. Recommended!

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

First of all, I am thankful to our great host, Armen! He was responsive and helpful all the time. It is located in 2nd floor, however Armen helped us carring our luggage. The location is accessible to all important places you might visit in Yerevan in walkable distance. We had great accommodation all in all. My tip is to watch for the hot water tank in case you need to take shower.

Уютный и красивый дом с ухоженной территорией и мангалом. Прямо через дорогу находится Севан + потрясающий вид на него со второго этажа. Можно лежать в шезлонге и смотреть на воду. В спальнях чистое и хрустящее белое постельное белье, большой набор посуды на любые случаи жизни. Единственное, было мало мыла (почти не было) и туалетной бумаги 😶‍🌫️ В 1 км от дома два магазина с продуктами и в другую сторону в 500 метрах спуск на дикий живописный пляж 👌

Всё прошло замечательно - хозяйка была отзывчива, а жильё очень аутентично. Отдельного внимания заслуживает вид на горы, открывающийся с лоджии. В пешей доступности находятся основные достопримечательности, рестораны и даже рынок, где можно почувствовать местный колорит.

Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

останавливались на неделю,хозяина очень гостеприимные! приехали ночью, поэтому было видео инструкция - все понятно и четко. Квартира была отличная,все для жизни есть + приватная территория. Во дворе есть несколько животных (коты и собаки),они безумно добрые и ласковые. Ночью не было шума или каких-то не удобств. Хозяйке отдельное спасибо, за ее помощь по всем вопросам

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage . Ist aber nicht für jemanden, der schlecht zu Fuß sei , viele Treppen. Sehr ruhige Lage , trotzdem sehr zentral und einen sehr liebe und freundliche Gastgeberin, wir dürfen sogar morgens um 6:00 Uhr einchecken, vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

We stayed with my husband at this beautiful airbnb for a week. The place its great, spacious, great view, comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, in dem ich zwei Wochen lang gelebt habe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder ein Haus mieten möchte, würde ich definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Отличная квартира в центре Еревана. Приятные спальные места и достаточное количество спальных принадлежностей. Бывает немного прохладно, лучше взять пижаму на ночь зимой и осенью. Рекомендую к размещению.

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!

Awesome stay! Gayane's apartment is comfortable, with modern furniture and beds, a well-equipped kitchen, awesome water pressure in the shower, and reliable internet. The walk down the hill provides a great view of Dilijan, and getting a taxi to go into town is quite cheap. Gayane herself is lovely to communicate with and speaks excellent English.
