Monthly Rentals in Armiñón

Excellent home, in a good location. Laura was very kind to us, she was very responsive and with close treatment. The photos match the reality, the house was very clean. Laura keeps it in touch. We were at home, we would repeat without hesitation.

Brinas is a beautiful small village and a nice location to set off on daily excursions- for us it was cycling and wine tasting. Carlos’s apartment is very nice, comfortable with all we needed. Can’t wait to come back

The casita is small but cozy, with two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a small living room with a pellet fireplace. Perfect for 4 people. In the description it puts the entrance with a lockbox, but we were greeted by Juana, very kind and thoughtful. She explained everything to us in person. We went in December, and even though it was very cold on the street, with the cale and the stove it was very good at the house. To spend a few days with the dogs, it's been great. The garden is great, in summer it has to be fantastic. For putting some slight pega, that the coverage is very limited (and there is no WiFi), that there is no dishwasher and that a dryer was missing. Otherwise everything was very good, there was everything, oven, blender, glasses, cups, pans, pots, oil, spices, towels, polar sheets... Juana left us a few beers, soda and chocolates, a detail. It's in a development with a community pool and a bar.

The house has everything, clean and the area is quiet. The only thing is that it is a third floor and there is no elevator, but we had no problems.
