Hello! I’m Eric and welcome to my newly constructed, beautiful guest suite located in the newest neighborhood in Hanford. You are just a hop skip and a jump from shopping and dining. About 2 miles from Adventist health hospital. This is a guest suite attached to main house. There may be other guests in the main house during your stay. So there might be noise heard on both sides as both spaces share a wall. Please be mindful of noise especially during quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Thank you.

The river is seasonal. Please ask if important to your stay. I DO NOT HOST ANYONE WHO SMOKES AT ALL. Please do not say you will only smoke outside. I do not want the smell of smoke in my units and smokers bring the smell in on their clothes, hair and skin. This is not the Hilton. No chrome and glass. Not classy, just comfortable and roomy. Relaxing country atmosphere. This is COUNTRY. No traffic. Room to walk or ride bikes. You can relax on the dock even when there is no water.

Me and my family stayed at Veronica’s place over the Easter weekend, it was lovely and very clean. We had a great time staying here and loved the backyard which had plenty of space for our small dog to play around. Would definitely recommend.

What else needs to be said? Sandy and Jay are incredible hosts. Their home is beautiful and provided an idyllic environment to relax in after visiting the National Parks. The pool felt amazing on a hot day and we gratefully enjoyed the delicious muffins and other drinks and treats. Would recommend to anyone and we would absolutely stay again if in the area.

I enjoyed a restful night at Jennifer’s quiet home. She kindly provided helpful items in the bedroom, such as a small refrigerator; fluffy bath towels; and an iron and ironing board. I used the kitchen microwave to heat up my beverages and food. The private bath was stocked with toiletries. The bed was luscious and comfortable, with different types of pillows to choose from. The quiet night and good sleep were just what I needed at that point in my travels North and South on Highway 99. Jennifer’s accommodation is superb. Her house is sparkling clean, comfortable, and welcoming. In my years of travel with AirBnB, this is one of my Top Five Favorites!
