Eden Villas are three luxurious custom designed villas built with the intention of offering you a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villas are located on a tranquil and secluded hillside just outside the Aegean resort town of Marmaris and overlook a quiet wooded valley and offer total privacy and seclusion.   Each villa has an unheated swimming pool, Fig Tree 10 m x 5 m, 1,4 m deep, a whirl pool and a poolside sunbathing patio with recliners and parasols, and outdoor dining facilities.

Recently renovated neoclassical house , built with Italian influence. Consisting of first and ground floor with private backyard and a dipping-pool with jacuzzi functions. The ground floor can host up to 2 persons on the sofa-bed , having at its floor a private bathroom, the kitchen and the backyard. The first floor can host up to 2 more persons with a queen-size bed , a chilling area and a private bathroom. Our home is located in one of the most traditional areas in the center of Rhodes.

Misafir kulubemiz 25m2 büyüklükte, bir oda ve banyodan oluşmaktadır. Kulubemizin arka duvarına bitişik, sadece kulubemizde kalan konuklarımızın kullanımına özel, üzeri pergola ile kapatılmış bir açık hava mutfağı vardır. 5x10m boyutlarında, 50m2 büyüklükte, 1.5-1.6 m derinlikte yüzme havuzu vardır. Havuzu misafir evi (max. 4 kişi) ve misafir kulubesinde (max.2 kişi) kalan konuklarımız ortak kullanırlar. Havuz, 15 Haziran - 30 Eylül tarihleri arasında açıktır.

Tatil evimiz muhteşem havuzu ile ön plana çıkan, bölgenin en prestijli sitesinde yer almaktadır. 2 katlı, 185 m² kullanım alanına sahip olup, giriş katında; şömineli büyük bir salon, yarı açık plan mutfak, 1 yatak odası ve 1 banyo, doğa manzaralı geniş bir balkonu bulunmaktadır. 2.katta ise 1 tanesi ebeveyn banyolu, deniz manzarasına sahip balkonlu olmak üzere 3 yatak odası ve 1 banyosu bulunmaktadır. Bütün odalarda klima ve wifi ağı mevcuttur.

The house is located in the historical part of Marmaris. It is located in the old town near to the Castle of Marmaris and the Archeological Museum of Marmaris. It has the best sea view where you can appreciate your holiday. Bars, restaurants, and Marina are very close to our house approximately 3-4 minutes by walking. As our house is located in the old town of Marmaris the cars are not allowed to enter. However, there are parking slots near by.
