Rustic stone and wood house, recently renovated. Date of 1880. Its 240m2 are distributed on two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances such as dishwasher,microwave, etc. One of the bathrooms, with a large bathtub. The living room, landmark of the house, as its stove makes this part of the house a peaceful and cozy place. An ideal Xoko for meetings and celebrations etc., from which you can access a beautiful courtyard, also private parking of the house. The patio is great for relaxing and playing sports. Attached to the courtyard is a charming garden with the relevant furniture, green area, flowers and fruit trees. There is also a children's play area. On the first floor are the four bedrooms, three of them double and one double. These have a balcony with a wonderful view. Also on this floor there is a spacious and perfectly equipped bathroom. Charming Camerana house

Located next to the Church of Villoslada de Cameros (La Rioja), it was, around the 1940s, the Town Hall and the Municipal Schools. The village shoemaker's workshop was located in a low-ceilinged mezzanine. The house had the only public telephone in the entire town.
