Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

We offer a quietly situated apartment in Vellmar near Kassel. The approximately 45 square meter non-smoking apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of 1 bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and 1 living room with integrated kitchen and pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The bathroom is in the middle of the apartment. The center of Kassel is 5 km away. The Regiotram and tram stop are within walking distance and you are at Kassel main station (RT) in 8 minutes.

Looking for relaxation in nature? Then come to us! Our 40 sqm apartment with direct views of the countryside has a living room, bedroom and bathroom as well as a coffee corner (no kitchen). Outside there are additional seats and a grill incl. charcoal for you. If it needs to be bigger, we will provide you with our fire pit. Bicycles and children's vehicles, there is plenty of fun and real vacation flair. Dogs are welcome (please specify when booking).

Welcome to Wetterburg, in our newly renovated and lovingly furnished 1-room apartment. It can accommodate 2 people in 28 square meters. Bedroom with double bed (individually adjustable), TV and desk. Well-equipped kitchenette, bright bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The Twistesee invites you to swim and with its approximately 7 km long car-free circular path also to hike and cycle. The Baroque town of Bad Arolsen is 4 km away.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Our vacation home 20 can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms. The log cabin is located directly on the edge of the forest, is child-friendly and has its own parking space in front of the door. If you want to work on vacation, you can do this comfortably at the desk and use the existing Wi-Fi. Dogs are also welcome. The Twistesee can be reached quickly in about 300 meters.
