Holiday rentals with beach access in Arraial do Cabo

As I told Lisandra...she has a beautiful apartment!! The best location possible, very well equipped, it has everything you need to spend a perfect vacation!! We will obviously return!!

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

I 100% recommend the place, it's nicer than for photos, super tidy. The beach is in front and is very beautiful. We rent a car and we were in 5 min from all places. Great location, very quiet neighborhood.

Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

Frederick and Raquel are great hosts! Beautiful home, seamless check-in/out process and they gave us some great recommendations for food and beaches. Buzios is quite a drive from the tourist destinations but ideal if you’re looking for a more scenic and relaxed experience in Rio 😊

The house is very cozy, it's beautiful! Amanda was essential, I had difficulty finding it because it was night, and she helped me, I also had problems with the remote control battery and she made sure to send an employee to deliver new ones so that I wouldn't miss my series and listen to music on the television. I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

Our stay was simply wonderful! Since the beginning of the reservation, we have been very well served by host Cláudia, always attentive, helpful and ready to answer all questions. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, smelling bedding. The toilets were also impeccable, with good water pressure and excellent showers. Undoubtedly, it was an unforgettable stay

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

I'm going to be very happy, everything is against neat and the truth that we felt right at home.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
