The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

Perfect experience at the beach house! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The experience was simply wonderful. The property is impeccably clean and very well organized. From the moment of arrival, it was clear the care and attention to detail that the hosts have. The service of the owners was exemplary, always helpful, and very attentive. They responded quickly to our questions and were genuinely concerned with ensuring that we had an amazing experience. The location is perfect and the house offers all the comforts needed for a memorable stay. I recommend it without hesitation and we will certainly return at the next opportunity! A special thank you to Lene, along with Willian, made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. They are people we invite to join our table. Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

Gente wonderful stay, located on one of the main avenue of Arraial do Cabo. During my stay I was able to enjoy the rust show next to the apartment, same street, all very close by, quick access to markets, restaurants. In front of the ap has the company that rents the bugs for a walk. About the apartment all clean, impeccable, apartment with great pool and beach view, all the kitchen utensils, had everything I needed and more. I didn't have to worry about anything, even a hairdryer has it in the bathrooms. I'm sure my family and I will be back, everyone loved it, doesn't even want to leave. And the very polite, gentle Victor, answered all questions, answers quickly, and is still always available and attentive to the details. Congratulations

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

The place is exactly as published, the location is excellent and the spaces of the house were very comfortable and very well maintained. We loved Arraial and were very well staying there. The only suggestion is that they add emergency lights due to any power outages, since on the last day and a half we were without light throughout the condominium after a deluge in Arraial, an imponderable that exceeds who rents it, but it would have been nice to have emergency night lights. Beyond that, we definitely recommend this place, it was an excellent stay.

We had a great stay, wonderful location, clean house, with all the appliances, plus delicious amenities. Sergio was an excellent host, always accessible and proactive.

The apartment itself is already charming, has a decoration that conveys that air of home and warmth. Very well equipped with everything we need and more. Not to mention that you can put the net on the balcony and relax by listening to the waves of the sea at night Great location, just one block from the beach, has a small handicrafts fair on the side street, a restaurant with wonderful food, supermecated nearby. Mr. Diel was very helpful, polite, agile to answer us and clarify all questions, in addition to passing on several tips and useful information... I also want to leave the education of all the employees who work in the building, especially the porters, a simplicity and charisma that is almost no longer seen.... I will undoubtedly return....

We love the accommodation, an incredible view, your Paulo caretaker received us very well ,always ready for us to meet, I will surely come back again ,I loved everything ,not to mention that the apartment is very airy ...the pool is the very clean suana,beautiful the place I felt at home ❤️👏👏👏 super recommend this space...

The house is very comfortable, everything according to the description on the notice, we were a couple. Very good privacy. The perfect location for our preferences: away from the noise, and very close to the beach, in a residential area. As we like to walk, we did it even in the night outs to the center, we seemed very safe on the way. The hosts are very correct and friendly, attentive to our needs. We are very grateful because they were also flexible with the check-in and egreso schedules.

Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back. Ifigenia was always very responsive and helpful. The house was super comfortable for 5 people

Jussara's apartment is wonderful, excellent location, it is in front of Praia Grande. My family and I loved our stay, the apartment was very complete, it was extremely clean. It's exactly as in the photos, the hostess gave several tips for tours to do in Arraial. Next to the apartment there is a bakery, supermarket, and right next to it there is a restaurant and a fish shop. Only compliments for this accommodation, you can book without fear.

Denise and Roberto are great hosts. Home as a listing. Very well located, clean and spacious. One of the best we ever stayed. The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. The house is beautiful. They must rent a car to go because it's a bit far from the center. The truth is that Tati is the person who made our stay perfect! She worried from the beginning that everything was fine and cooked us during our vacation spectacular meals! (Typical meals are her specialty!). Their kindness and willingness make it perfect to be there!. As a recommendation apart from the house; I think it is important to renovate bedding and especially the pillows (they were few and in poor condition). More bath and pool towels are also missing which is made uncomfortable in long stays. We had no communication with Wania either at check-in or check out; but it wasn't necessary because Tati and her husband shuffled everything!. Just thanking Tati for making our vacation wonderful!.

What a great home and stay. The house itself is unique—set on multiple levels, beautifully designed and furnished. The home is just a few steps down from shops, restaurants and the ocean. And Francisca served a great breakfast every morning and made our experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality and a memorable stay.

The stay at the house was great! Thais and Alexandre are always kind, the photos represent exactly what the house is like, with a great outdoor area. Clean linens and bath linens of high quality. The shower is great, too. Super recommend it.

The house is beautiful, it has a great location and our kids loved the great pool. The beaches and the center are within easy reach. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.
