We set up our charming apartment “Villa Marina” with one thing in mind, to create a space we’d love to stay in; with a comfortable sofa, spacious bed, rainfall shower, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing decor and private indoor patio along with all the basics you need (Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, body wash, shampoo…) and the not-so-basics such as beach chairs, mat, towels and umbrella. Our villa is your home away from home!

Rincon Marinero is a newly refurbished and very tastefully decorated apartment with sea views of El Charco and just 2 minutes away on foot from all the bars and restaurants. Even though very close, the apartment is in a very quiet area and thus you can get the best of both worlds, whether you feel like a walk in town or just a quiet night in enjoying a glass of Malvasia wine on your own private balcony.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem typisch kanarischem Haus, das nach Plänen des Architekten Alexander Bernjus aufwendig renoviert und liebevoll modernisiert wurde. Das Haus liegt im angesagten ‚Charco de San Ginés‘. Dieses Viertel um den pittoresken Fischerhafen hat sich in den letzten Jahren zu einer attraktiven Ausgehpromenade entwickelt, mit vielen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants.
