Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

The deal with Aitor was excellent. At all times he was very attentive and made the stay easier. Any incident, however small, has been resolved in a friendly and very efficient manner. The apartment is fully equipped and decorated in a simple, functional and modern way. It has all kinds of kitchenware and of course, without a doubt, we will repeat. Thank you Aitor

Extraordinary stay we've spent. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Good location, a few minutes from the beach and with very spacious and quiet common areas. Two bedrooms, bright and with everything you need to rest 4 people The open kitchen in the living room is fully equipped with everything you need. A/C in every room, although not necessary, because the temperature is great. It usually runs a very nice breeze even on the hottest days. The garden with exit to the common areas (2 pools and a large garden area), is undoubtedly one of the strengths of the apartment. We spent many nights enjoying the breeze and the good temperature.
