Our Stay was fantastic, the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We booked the picnic which was superb and the setting was amazing. We also hired the electric bikes and had a breakfast on our last morning in the courtyard looking out at the scenery. To sum it up if you want a peaceful, relaxing, scenic and historic place to stay close to Verona this is perfect. And don't forget the important bit.....the amazing wine

This place is like walking into an architectural magazine. So meticulously designed, simple, and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed is amazing! Plenty of towels, wonderful pots, and pans and dishes. Very special place and so perfectly located to walk in this beautiful city And explore beyond. Highly staying as many days as possible here!

We absolutely recommend this place! It’s a bit off the beaten path and wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. You can spend lovely evenings outside, and the surroundings are just beautiful. If you’re looking to escape the stress of everyday life, this is the ideal spot. The accommodation is clean, cozy, and smells like wood the moment you walk in – such a warm and welcoming feeling. There were four of us, and we all had a real “wow” moment when we arrived. Alex greeted us personally at both check-in and check-out, which made the stay feel even more personal. We spent five nights here, immersing ourselves in the tranquility of this enchanting village. The journey to Stramare was a perfect prelude to the serenity that awaited us. The village with its stone houses felt like a step back in time. Our stay in the lovingly restored house was a blend of rustic charm and comfort. The antique furnishings and the cozy atmosphere made it a delightful retreat. Traveling with our dog was a joy – the peaceful surroundings and nature trails were perfect for long walks. A special thanks to Mariano, who lives just next door. He was welcoming and shared wonderful local restaurant recommendations that truly enriched our experience. Thank you for preserving this magical place and its traditions. It’s a rare gem that allows visitors to experience true peace and connection with nature.

Beautiful location surrounded by greenery with mountain views, ideal for hiking and visiting neighboring villages (downtown can be reached on foot in 10 minutes). The tower structure is unique with a room on each floor. The wood and stove make the environment even more welcoming. Well-stocked kitchen and free tasting in the living room much appreciated. Very nice and helpful host.

There’s two types of people that own Airbnb’s. The first is a business owner that doesn’t care and the second is a husband and wife that put their heart and soul into their house and their existence. Luca is such a person with his wife. They are fantastic. Just like coming home after not seeing your parents for several years. Not only were they polite, but they had everything that you could possibly want to make your stay so enjoyable from the extras in the kitchen to a weapon size wine opener. Truly a wonderful feeling they give in a wonderful place. The location is stunning. And near everything you want to do, I cannot think of a better Time I’ve had at an Airbnb. It’s like your home for a couple days. It’s wonderful. Highly recommended.

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

We had a very nice time in the house! It is furnished with a lot of love and is very well suited to relax in nature and to put yourself in the life of the past. You can also take some very nice hikes directly from the house and in the valley. In the valley, there are also smaller villages and other houses, so you are not completely isolated. All the people we met there were very nice. At the hut, however, you are on your own and undisturbed. The drive was a challenge, but doable. The road is narrow but the vast majority is tarred. Only with a larger car could it become difficult. If you are looking for a starting point for Dolomite hikes, the house is not suitable due to the rather long and difficult journey from the nearest town.
