Eine stil- und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Balkon. Wir lieben es, Gäste zu haben und wollen, dass sie sich bei uns wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist mit seinem kleinen, gemütlichen Schlafzimmer (140x200cm Bett) für zwei Personen gedacht. Eine weitere Person, bzw. zwei Kinder können auf einem Schlafsofa (120x200cm) untergebracht werden. Hinweis: Seid ihr zu zweit und braucht ein Kingsize Bett (180x200cm), dann schaut gern auch in unserem Phantastischen Atelier ganz in der Nähe vorbei:

Quiet, cozy basement apartment

The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

This charismatic apartment invites you to relax or actively relax, e.g. in the forest right outside the front door or on one of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany, in St. Dionys. The largest apartment with 75 sqm is part of a half-timbered building with thatched roof in the so-called Heideorf. It has two living spaces, each with a gallery. Split-level architecture, half-timbered, and selected interiors give this home a special flair.

During your stay with us, you will stay in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden part . It is also set up for long stays. In winter, wood and brikets are heated and it gets cuddly warm quickly. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought along, 1 ha. Couple directly by the car. Bathroom area and sauna are 50m from the main house.

For bikers and cyclists, we have a small workshop for maintenance. Vehicles can also be adjusted here. Drying clothes is possible in the boiler room. Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.
