Stuga Värmland Spacious Family Home by the Forest

Onze stuga tref je aan de rand van Gräsmark. Een charmant dorpje in de Zweedse regio Värmland. Midden in de natuur omringd door bossen, meren en heuvels. Vanuit het huisje loop je zo het bos in waar je elanden kan spotten, bessen kan plukken of een vuurtje kan maken bij de vuurplaats. Ook kun je heerlijk spelen bij het stromende water in het bos of zwemmen in het meer. Dankzij de centrale ligging sta je binnen 400 meter bij de lokale dorpssupermarkt voor vers brood, kaneelbroodjes of een ijsje.

Go fishing, biking, hiking and swimming in the fresh lake water or have a barbecue on the beach. Supermarkets and sporty/cultural activities within 20 mins away by car. Or, relax on in front of the fireplace with a good book. There are endless possibilities to enjoy a fun, pieceful and healthy holiday in Swedish Värmland. All seasons have their own charm.

Rymlig villa nära centrum. Familjevänligt, rymligt och lugnt område. Parkering finns på utsidan. 1 sovrum med 160cm dubbelsäng, 1 barnrum med en enkelsäng, 1 rum med bäddsoffa med plats för två personer. 1 badrum med dusch och en mindre toalett. Husdjur har tidigare funnits i hemmet och en hund hälsar på ibland, så har ni stor allergi kanske det kan kännas. Ni hyr min privata bostad, i vissa fall kan jag vara hemma men bor i egen del I källaren med egen ingång så ni kommer knappt märka mig.

House with two guest houses and home office directly at the lake. From the houses you have a unique view of the Lillesjön and the beautiful orchard garden. The house is located on a quiet path, yet supermarket and restaurant/pizzeria/uHembyggsgarden are within walking distance. Around the house, there are plenty of treats, biking, and kayaking trails. Trekking bikes with child seat, boat, crib, cot can be added. The house is heated with sea heat in an environmentally friendly way.

A cozy old house within walking distance of Sunne Ski & Bike. Three rooms and kitchen with a total of 7 beds. Living room, smart TV and wifi. Two bedrooms with 4 beds upstairs, a fairly steep staircase leads there. 3 single beds downstairs. Standard equipped kitchen without dishwasher. WC, with shower, washing machine. No smoking, no pets. Charging of electric cars, electric hybrids or use of engine heaters is unfortunately not allowed for safety reasons.

50 kvm vertikalt delt fritidshus i naturfint område, rett ved Valfjällets slalombakke. 8 km fra Charlottenberg sentrum med gode shoppingmuligheter. Fine turmuligheter. Ballplass og lekeområde rett utenfor husveggen. 10 km til stor golfbane. Badeplass i umiddelbar nærhet på sommerstid. Padel på sommerstid og treningspark ved siden av denne. Nylig er det også kommet en discgolfbane, 3 km unna.
