Francesco's house is a very nice place with open spaces, the kitchen and dining area have a spectacular charm. The loft bed is very original, reminiscent of camping, and the bed is very large and comfortable. The house has everything you need so you don't need to go out and buy the basics, and they even leave you complimentary water. I didn't use the kitchen much, but it seemed to me that it had everything and in very good condition. Located in the middle of town in an area with wine bars, oven pizzerias and restaurants, all really good. When we arrived there was a party with fireworks and yet we were able to rest wonderfully. The best beaches are about 20-30 minutes away. In Sardinia, it's essential to rent a car.

A fabulous place. We stayed for a week, and it was just wonderful. We were met by Stefania’s parents, and they couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. The house itself is lovely, surrounded by very attractive gardens. The surroundings are very rural, and the only sound was of the birds. We ate breakfast outside every day. The house was cool in the heat of the day, and warm in the cold of the evening. It has everything that you could need. We would absolutely, definitely, stay here again. Very highly recommended.

Riccardo’s place is the perfect apartment to stay as a base to experience and explore Sardinia! It’s located centrally in the gorgeous community of Cala di Volpe a few minutes drive to the hotel. Easy to get to beaches, Porto Cervo and Porto Quatu. The apartment itself is also stunning, new and modern with a breathtaking view from the large outdoor patio. You can’t go wrong staying here, I highly recommend! Riccardo was available to answer questions and responded quickly. I will definitely stay again next summer. Thank you so much Riccardo for the amazing vacation stay!

The villa provides everything you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful and wide running garden and the peaceful and silent atmosphere. Everything is well maintained, fully operational and clean. Various supermarkets and beaches are 10 min away and it is easy to get there by car. Your host takes perfectly care of you while arriving, staying or leaving and even organized a small baby bed for us. Fully recommended!
