The house is a historic rural dwelling (“Stazzo”) dating back to the mid-1800s. Located in the Arzachena countryside, the house is surrounded by the typical Gallura landscape, which is rich in olive trees, oaks, mastic trees, and granite rocks with distinctive shapes and sizes, shaped over millennia by the patient work of water and wind. The Stazzo, partially renovated in a manner faithful to the original, has been owned by the same family for five generations. An ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet.

There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
