Beachfront holiday rental in Arzachena

It was a privilege to stay in one of the historical buildings which are perched on the spectacular cliffs that make Bonifacio special. And Beatrice was the perfect host, responding at all times with great advice and assistance. She gave me both an early check-in and a late check-out and even dropped me off in time to catch my bus to Ajaccio. Memories are made eating fresh baguette, cheese and the most delicious fig confiture (bought at the local store) for breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the stupendous view and the seagulls gliding past. Sublime stay!

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace and a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly attitude towards my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile, upon arrival, had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge. The shop was just a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with lovely people again. Best regards🌸

Great hostess! Great location! We were there in early May and we felt the only ones on the hill. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Accommodation is ok for the price. However, it does not invite you to linger. It is enough for the night but it is uncomfortable. The bed is very old and there is no way to heat when it gets a bit colder. So bring warm clothes for cold nights. The location is all the more beautiful and the view is great!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Our contact Frederica was very friendly and polite. It was a plessure for us to meet her! She gave us notes about the vicinity, everything was fine! We will stay here for a second time. Thanks for all and especially to Frederica!

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

Marta's house is small but very nice and well cared for in every detail, excellent for two people. The outdoor terrace is perfect for meals and is sheltered from the sun by magnificent flowers. Getting to the sea on foot is convenient, about 10 minutes, as is getting to the town center. You can reach other wonderful beaches in a short time by car. Marta was very kind and helpful. Recommended!!

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better location - literally 2 mins walk from a beautiful private beach, and 5 mins from a huge pool on the quiet resort. Elisa was an amazing host and so helpful with everything - she even booked us a restaurant recommendation as we weren’t confident speaking Italian! Parking was easy and not too far from the apartment: 20 or so steps. We stayed for two weeks with our three year old and we had plenty of space, he loved sleeping in the bottom bunk bed (Elisa kindly provided us with a toddler bed guard). The view from the big balcony couldn’t be better. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Great place with beach access!

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

The location of this accommodation is beautifully situated in the midst of nature. On the grounds you will find various terraces with spectacular views. Those who seek a quiet retreat will find exactly that here. The surroundings offer many possibilities for excursions. Alberto is a very pleasant and friendly landlord, his assistant Signora Michela is always approachable and helpful on site. We are happy and grateful for our wonderful stay... 😊

We had a great time in this great apartment. The view is fantastic. Pictures can't do it justice. Absolute panoramic view. Beds are very comfortable, the apartment is clean and nicely decorated. Right in front of the house, there is the possibility to make great excursions with the boats or to rent one yourself. We did both. Simply fantastic. Less than 10 minutes minutes' walk. The recommendation to go to Zinto for dinner was awesome! Fantastic view and food! The small beach there is also pretty. We will definitely be back! We are thrilled with La Maddalena and the beautiful apartment. We stayed there for four nights. Could have stayed longer!

The apartment was spotless and beautiful, and the location was perfect with several nice cafes and incredible restaurants nearby. The beach in Santa Teresa is breathtaking. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Cannot wait to come back.

Lovely home and garden. Great location less than 10 mins walking from La maddelana centre. Definitely recommend staying if you visit the islands.
