We loved our stay! our host was really responsive, provided us with great local recommendations and helped us book a beautiful sunset view table at a nearby restaurant. would highly recommend!

I spent a 10 day stay at the property with 7 other friends. The house was delivered to us in great condition: all the rooms were clean, the beds already made and for each of us a set of towels had been prepared. The landlord and his father, who takes care of check-in and lives in the same building upstairs, were very available in everything, also providing us with useful tips on the beaches and restaurants in the area. The outdoor refrigerator is very comfortable, located in a small closet, and the barbecue in the garden, which we used without any problem. Recommended accommodation for groups because the house is adequately spacious and in a perfect location to reach, even on foot, the locals.

pleasant stay in the heart of the citadel to rest after a GR20. Very comfortable apartment with a beautiful view of Bonifacio, access is a little sporty but it's doable. 😅 Laurence was very welcoming and recommended lots of things to see, do, good restaurants. a good address 🙂

The house is very nice. Super equipped in the kitchen, the rooms and bathrooms are great, faithful to the photos. The balcony is the high point of the house, with a wonderful view. Near everything, we feel at home. I would highly recommend and return.

We would like to thank Nicoletta and her husband for the wonderful stay! Everything was perfect. New, beautifully renovated cottage with everything your heart desires! The contact was very nice, helpful and at the same time not intrusive at all. You could enjoy the stay very relaxed. We found the location to be very great, a little off the beaten path and quiet, and yet you are right on the coastal road - for us a perfect starting point to explore the north coast! Beautiful sea view from the terrace. A highlight for us: the opportunity to cook in the outdoor kitchen. When we are back in the north of Sardinia, we will definitely stay at Stazzu Jana again! Very nice place in a quiet and beautiful setting. The layout as well as the existing equipment was very well thought out. A lot of emphasis was also placed on cleanliness. Great communication with the host including tips for beaches etc. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa (spotlessly clean with the perfect amount of indoor and outdoor space) and extremely kind hosts! The area was fantastic and you could easily explore some amazing beaches, as well as do a day trip to La Maddalena! We did sunrise paddleboarding which i would also highly recommend! We stayed for 10 days with our family and had a wonderful time. House is very well equipped, clean and there was nothing we have missed. Location around Budoni is great for shopping, beaches or any other trip. We can fully recommend booking this house.

We had a wonderful stay and would strongly recommend Sabine’s villa. Everything is beautifully designed and the villa has everything you need. The outside space is very large with areas for sunbathing, dining and relaxing in the shade. As well as the lovely pool, the table tennis table and pétanque court kept everyone entertained. The surrounding area is very quiet, making this a peaceful place to stay. Bonifacio is a 30 minute walk away - perfect for an evening out, but book a taxi in advance for the journey home. Thank you Sabine and Tessa for being such great hosts!

A wonderful villa, beautifully cared for garden, very peaceful, yet close enough to the coast to find places to eat and drink. We went first week of May so relatively quiet and ‘out of season’ but the weather was great and it was very easy to get around and explore with so little traffic. Within 25 mins in any direction could find stunning beaches or tranquil walks in the mountains, then for somewhere a bit more lively just go to San Teodoro. Food and shopping in Budoni was just five mins down the road. Highly recommended for quiet getaway but must of course have a car.

We are very happy with the hospitality of Stefano when it comes to living conditions, location, and contact with the host. We felt like we were in our home because we didn't miss anything. However, the most important thing is the view from the deck and the extremely quiet neighborhood. In addition, the location met our expectations as to the possibility of visiting the north of Sardinia between Olbia and Alghero, of course, with a car.

We spent 20 days at the place and we did not want to leave this beautiful house. We had the most peaceful stay. The view is breathtaking. White sand, crystal water beach is 5 minute walk. Private stone beach accessible only from the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything you might need and there is also great restaurants nearby. Francesca is super friendly and fast responder, she is an amazing host and stays on top of everything ..Thank you for everything! 100/10

We really enjoyed the calm and beauty of Cala Francese. The kids loved jumping into the water from the harbor ledges and we enjoyed the barbecues, the pretty beach, the canoes and the shower! Forse un altra volta! Melanie

Well-organized apartment with all the comforts. The top top deck plus priceless for the view and convivial space. Very central location and very useful parking spot. Residence with beautiful pool and manicured garden. Definitely to recommend and repeat the experience!

The apartment was clean and had many amenities (very well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with washing machine), it is very well located - downstairs in front of the entrance to the building there is a cafe and supermarket, the area is quiet and peaceful, in addition, in a few minutes walk you can reach the nearby beach or the port. Communication with the host went very well, he responded quickly to messages, and before check-in he sent us a video with instructions on location and check-in. Thank you for your stay!

Excellent location and very comfortable condo. There were cold beers and waters in the refrigerator as well as snacks on the table waiting for us which was very much appreciated. Patrick was incredibly helpful and kind. Our only regret was not having time to stop by his pizza place, but next time we’re in Olbia we will definitely go. Highly recommend this space!

Great apartment! The host Michela was very kind, and accommodating for the check-in time. Accommodation as described, clean and with the essentials, even including a bottle of fresh water on arrival :) A short 30-minute walk is required to reach the port. I recommend this accommodation for a stay in Olbia!

A stylish place, clean, cozy, at the very center, close to restaurants, stores, walkable to marina; and just 10 min drive from the airport. Parking can be found nearby for agreeable price.

Host Francesca very attentive and her mother-in-law Enza welcomed us very well! Prestativa, friendly , always ready to ask questions and give suggestions for places and beaches ! It all came out perfectly! If we return to Sardinia, it will be our chosen place again! The whole family loved the house , very well equipped , beautiful , new ! All working well! Perfect stay!!

This is a fantastic apartment, great facilities in a great location. Pool on site, supermarket downstairs, Bar and Pizza, 5 minute walk to the Port and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. Great location to also explore nearby beaches. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great instructional videos / clips to help with the checkin /location. Loved it, would stay again given the chance
