The place was really clean and had everything. There is a spacious yard and a backyard connected to the kitchen, so the flow of preparing to grill meat is really good. I think it's heaven in the summer when you can use the pool. Thank you for your kind guidance and quick response throughout the stay. It's the perfect place to enjoy as a family accommodation in a private house!!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The garden is absolutely lovely. It was a tranquil, relaxing environment. Everything in the house was very clean and pretty. The owner is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only thing that could be changed is the description of the location. It is not walkable to the beach, but it is a very short and easy drive. Honestly, we did not need the beach though in order to experience relaxation in nature because the garden at The Blue was so serene and beautiful.

It was a clean and spacious accommodation where everything from the tableware was good.

I came to Pyeongtaek for the first time with my family, and I was a little worried because there were a lot of people, but there were a lot of bedding, and I parked up to 2 cars comfortably in parallel. My son is at the age of crawling, and there were many things to see both inside and outside, so we had a fun weekend.

I rested comfortably. The bedding is clean, and the surroundings are a quiet countryside, so it feels healing.

The location was a little remote, but it was also delivered and it was good to rest comfortably. The accommodation is also tidy!

I recommend buying plenty of groceries at the grocery store or nearby convenience store before going because it's a little out of the way! I was really satisfied with cooking and barbecuing, and it was a pity that I only spent a day with speakers, ott, tv, kitchenware for business, ice maker, water purifier, etc. Six of us played, and my friends were so satisfied. I'd like to go again if I have time. I left with a really pleasant memory, smiling until I left. Thank you!

The facilities are clean and the surrounding environment is well organized. I felt comfortable because it was a place to stay with nature. It was nice that the host was also kind and welcoming.

I am a guest who stayed for 1 night and 2 days from June 7, 2025 to June 8, 2025. 1. We visited with 4 adults and 2 vehicles, but since we had to use 2 large SUVs instead of compact cars or passenger cars, we were most worried about the "parking" part, but there was a large parking space, so it wasn't too much to park 2 SUVs, and we parked comfortably. 2. Clean indoor and outdoor spaces Due to the nature of the accommodation being used by many people, no matter how well it is managed, there are shortcomings, but I felt that the owners really cared a lot and managed it neatly. From the entrance of the shoe rack, the space to enjoy the barbecue, and the clean interior. It was very nice from the perspective of the customer using it, as it maintained its cleanliness without lacking anything. 3. Friendly service and response from the host First of all, when we visited, your mother was there, and when she saw us, she greeted us with a bright smile, picked lettuce from the garden, and told us in great detail how to use the barbecue. In addition, the host not only sent me a detailed list of places to shop and go (restaurants, cafes, etc.) for the convenience of my trip, but also communicated very kindly and quickly. Also, there was a minor accident on the evening of our stay, and I contacted the host right away, and he asked me if I was okay first and was so grateful for understanding the situation. In fact, it would not have been easy to understand, but I was so impressed that you reassured me. The host was nice, and it's hard to find a place that's clean, but I was so happy and thankful to be able to spend a day finding a place like this.

This time, I went on a group trip with 10 friends and men, and this pension was really the best choice. The accommodation was much more spacious and pleasant than I thought, so it wasn't uncomfortable at all to stay as a group. There was plenty of space for each person to unpack, and there was plenty of common space, so it was great to sit and talk together. Above all, the barbecue was really well done, so I grilled meat in the evening and healed properly for the first time in a long time. There was a table, a grill, lighting, etc., so there was almost nothing to prepare separately. The inside of the accommodation was neatly organized, and the owner was kind, so I was able to finish everything from check-in to checkout without any inconvenience. There was plenty of parking space, so there was no problem even if several vehicles came. It was a great place to stay for a group trip, especially for men to hang out comfortably. Everyone was so satisfied that they wanted to come again next time! I highly recommend it:)

I traveled with my family to celebrate my mother's welcome, and my mother was very satisfied. The accommodation was so pretty and secluded that I had a good rest. The kimchi you provided for free was also so delicious.😊👍🏻

The hosts were so kind, and it was so nice to spend time with my family!! Also, the barbecue area and the inside of the house were so clean that I rested comfortably before leaving:)

First of all, the location is so nice, and the valley, mountain, and trail next to it are all perfect. It was quiet, so I was able to barbecue and spend time quietly with my family, and the condition of the house was great. I was satisfied with both the cleanliness and the facilities! I especially liked the massage chair. I also liked the water purifier and the fast water flow.

It was a perfect place for a family of three to stay! It would be so nice to be able to have a swimming pool in the summer. I couldn't enjoy the barbecue due to lack of preparation, but the barbecue was so good! The owner is on the second floor, so it was nice to be able to ask any questions at any time. I definitely want to stay again next time ~!!

Three people stayed for a day, but it was a shame for just one day! The basic atmosphere was good, but I was impressed by the charming decorations on the veranda and other places! First of all, the photos and the condition of the accommodation were the same, and it was a very tidy accommodation. Despite the early check-in request and the heavy rain, the accommodation smelled good all over the place, and the dehumidifier was well done, so it was a comfortable accommodation to feel at the same time as entering! I was so satisfied not only with the cleanliness of the accommodation but also with the service, the charger, the dry gear (2), the kitchen necessities, and the welcome snacks that we had a lot to eat, so we couldn't eat all of them, and the requests after leaving the room. I am so grateful that I think of this accommodation first when I think of a trip to Daejeon again!! I hope you are always healthy and see you again:)

We absolutely loved staying in this house in Gongju. It is beautiful, spacious, functional, comfortable, warm, stylish, well located, well equipped, beautifully decorated, it has everything you can desire. It has a private garden which we enjoyed on our last morning as it was warmer. It is at walking distance from the main city centre streets and it has free parking just right by. Our host gave clear instructions but also waited to greet us at check in and she had prepared a lot of things for us to enjoy, like local sweets and hand made gifts. Again absolutely perfect stay, we'd definitely come back and we fully recommend it.

There is a downtown area nearby, so there are a lot of things to eat and enjoy, and there is a river next to it, so there are a lot of things to see. The accommodation is also clean and tidy, so I was able to rest comfortably!!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted at the bus station and given a thorough tour of both the property and the neighborhood. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved exploring the area and discovered plenty of excellent dining options nearby. Overall, wonderful experience. I can definitely recommend Luciano and her property. We are so thankful to Danny for the warm hosting and always responding so quickly! Our big family traveled together — from our 1.5-year-old niece to our parents in their 70s — and we were visiting Cheongju from the U.S. to see family after a long time. We were worried about noise because the kids were running around, but OneStay was the perfect place for our little niece! On the first night, the bathroom got clogged, and even though we contacted Danny at midnight, he came right away and fixed it like Superman. He helped us with every little thing, and we are so grateful for that. It didn’t feel like a regular Airbnb — it felt like staying at a family home far away. That’s why we decided to stay there twice. Thank you again, and we definitely want to come back the next time we visit Cheongju!

It's as clean as the photos, and each room has the necessary supplies cleanly. You can rest quietly in the evening, and the bathroom and sink are all clean, so it's comfortable to use like home, so I highly recommend it as a place to come back to ~ ^^

It's a nice place to relax quietly. It's an even more peaceful place when you wake up in the morning in a bunk bed with sunlight. I rested well before heading out~
