We had a wonderful stay at Paolo's place. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, and the garden was absolutely beautiful! It made our time there even more special. Paolo kindly left us some lovely gifts, including a delicious sauce made with tomatoes from his garden, which we truly appreciated. He was always kind and attentive, with excellent communication and great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Thanks to his advice, we visited Volterra and loved its peaceful charm, the beauty of its medieval streets, and the panoramic views from the city walls. We're very grateful for Paolo's warm hospitality and generosity. He's a truly thoughtful host, and we would love to come back one day!

Beautiful accommodation, with everything you could want from an apartment with these characteristics. Beautiful view, quiet and comfortable location if you want to visit Pisa or Lucca or Viareggio by car, impeccable cleanliness. In particular, the best part is definitely the friendliness and availability of the owner, Francesco, who made us feel at home!

Stayed in 3 places in a week. This one was the best. Cozy, warm, private yard with parking spot, feels safe. Great location, not so far away from sea and Pisa center. Everything clean. Michele was very helpful and kind. Thank you for a great stay!

Giovanna is really trying to offer her guests the best possible! His travel guide for the area is great and we regularly received tips for activities from him. The accommodation definitely matches the description, is clean, spacious and you have a private parking space! The beds are comfortable and you can find everything you need, even toys for children! The kitchen is also well equipped, with everything you need! We liked that the accommodation is a bit away from the noisy city, so you can completely relax after a busy day! Nevertheless, you can be in the middle of the city in about 15 minutes by car! We loved the location! We can fully recommend this property!
