The duplex apartment with large terrace is located in Gandria directly on the shores of Lake Lugano. The view and direct access to the lake enchants in all seasons. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
