Holiday rentals with a sauna in Ascona

We had a great time at Lake Como ❤️ The apartment is very tidy and well equipped. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The absolute highlight is the view from the two balconies! Lake Como is just beautiful! The apartment is located in Brenzio: a small village with great charm! It is important to know that the roads are very narrow. It takes some courage and practice if the car is bigger than a Fiat Panda :D But there are enough parking options nearby – you just have to walk a few meters through the beautiful village. The pizzeria in the village is a must! Thank you for the great apartment and the wonderful time! We will be happy to come back. ❤️

Perfect Airbnb for couples. Neatly organized and cleaned. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Location is 10min from the lake and 2mins from a busstop, which brings you to the city in no time. Great experience overall, including the highlight of the sauna. Easy to handle and Airbnb has everything you need. Just be aware the kitchen is limited, and yet stocked enough for cooking delicious meals. Also, there is expensive parking close by. Little secret: There is a parking lot in Minusio (Remorino) for ~6.- per day, accessible by bus directly from the Airbnb ;)

Great accommodation near Menaggio, but far from the tourist hustle and bustle. The view of the accommodation is breathtaking and a little extra for the pool. The apartment is very well equipped and Paola is responsive. No complaints :)

We enjoyed every moment at this beautiful place, it was immaculate and the design is magnificent!

Had a pleasant stay, pleasant and peaceful environment. The studio is very comfortable, Béatrice is considerate, responsive and friendly🙂. The only downside is traffic in the mornings and evenings with the border crossers passing by. Otherwise there is everything nearby even without a car you can easily find everything and the train station is right next door.

Very nice and cozy stay with great views over the lake como right from the bedroom. The apartment is spacious and it has a sauna. We loved the stay. Parking is available at the property however is very narrow to get inside the parking (but We got used to it in the end) with a big car can be a challenge. Overall 5 stars stay. It is well worth to stay here.

Clean, tidy, comfortable and with all the necessities. It is placed in an extremely peaceful area which is very nice. There's a restaurant right next door and a small stall just a stone's throw from the property. It's ideal. And to get around the other villages and points of interest in Lake Como, the port is a ten-minute walk away. Hosts were VERY responsive at any time of day. Space is great for two people, or for a family with older children. Unfortunately not very convenient for anyone with a lot of luggage or stroller. Too many stairs to climb up with all your things. We later discovered that we could take an elevator from the lower garage in the complex (located next to their swimming pool inside) and take the elevator to the second floor. Wish we knew about that option when we checked in- would’ve made our lives a lot easier( but there were still a few steps either way to have to lug all of your things up). But for anyone that is traveling light, this place is great for you. Located next to train station. Just be aware that it is up high, so you will be walking uphill and downhill to get to anything/ anywhere- which was very tough for us with all of our luggage and small child in stroller. All in all the space was pleasant and what we were looking for - aside for the issue with stairs and uphill from everyt

We highly recommend this place as it is also suitable if you are traveling with children. The apartment was very clean and we particularly liked the good equipment with many practical details (sockets, lamps, shoe cabinets, wardrobe, etc.). We were traveling by public transport and a short distance to the apartment runs every half hour bus no. 311 to Locarno, which was very convenient for us. And the view of the lake is really very nice!

Alina was a great host! She was very responsive and provided a very detailed and helpful guide to Lake Como. We did the hike she recommended down to Perledo square and it was a lovely 20 minute walk/hike. She also provided a list of taxis which evidently are difficult to get in Lake Como! We used Ivan whom Alina recommended and he was always responsive and available for most of our requests. As for the apartment itself, it was INCREDIBLE!!! The views are so breathtaking!! The apartment is modern and very clean. It is also so peaceful and relaxing sitting on the patio. Thank you, Alina, for an unforgettable experience!

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

We were in the apartment over the weekend of the driveway. Unfortunately, Graziella herself was on vacation, but with the many messages, everything worked out great. We were half an hour earlier than planned and the key was at the agreed location. The room was clean and as described everything was available. We also saw Ivo the other day, he was very friendly and also gave tips. On Sunday, we left the room an hour later as agreed. It was a pleasant time. Thank you very much

October 2024, 2 people We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, well-kept apartment. It is high quality and fully equipped. 2 equivalent great bedrooms with very comfortable beds and quality bedding. Very spacious dining area, also suitable for working, great Internet throughout. Fantastic view from the beautiful balcony and from one of the bedrooms. This apartment is just GREAT! Beautiful, quiet surroundings and just a few minutes' walk to the lake and promenade. Brigitte is a friendly, attentive host and helps where she can. It is important to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times and a few rules, then you can spend a fantastic vacation here.

Clear recommendation! Very nice apartment, stylishly furnished. Not only the essentials but everything you need. Great! Materials very good as far as the floors etc. and the SPA is very great. Everything very qualitative and beautiful. The dog even received a welcome package 😍 Will come again anytime

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and beautifully renovated home! The space is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, and the kitchen was well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the lovely jasmine scent that greeted us each time we came in, adding a relaxing and fresh touch. The outdoor area is a true highlight — peaceful and beautifully set up for relaxing in the evening. It’s a hidden gem, tucked away yet close to so many things to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely return!

We had a super cozy stay at Marko's lovely house. Very clean and well stocked. There is not much soul in the local area and few and not so welcoming restaurants but we took small trips to e.g. Lake Maggiore and there are many small cozy towns. Arona is also worth a visit. We can really recommend Marko's house. Thank you for your stay, Marko.

There were four of us at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and we felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We liked the quiet residential area very much. In addition, we were able to take various hikes in the nearby forests directly from the house. Thank you very much for the great hospitality.

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

A really beautiful and well-appointed home in Ticino - I look forward to possibly staying at other places of Do-Minus in the future. The included breakfast was lovely. We cooked in the kitchen the night before and it has everything one needs. Making a fire in the kitchen was cozy - the kitchen was a bit cold in the morning (0 degrees Celsius outside) but the rest of the house was very warm. The hot tub was great - I would note that in cold weather the sauna may not get warm enough and it is only made for two people at max.
