There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

New modern year-round cottage with all amenities located scenic right on Murtejønn. Sunny and undisturbed patio. Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid. Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for home office. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located on its own on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet. Sit on the terrace and enjoy the amazing nature and the view over the water. It's nice to walk in the area. In the summer, there are a lot of berries in the forest. It is a short distance to the Mineral Park, go-kart track and only 20 minutes to Evje city center. There is a swimming beach nearby with a floating jetty and diving board. Boat for free use. (Note: The map does not match the address)

Relax with the whole family in this beautiful place. The area offers a rich range of activities all year round. Alpine slopes, ski slopes, mini golf, canoe trips, swimming and fishing opportunities, as well as Eikerapen Gjestegård nearby. Good sunny conditions on the property and great views. 10 min to grocery and only 1.5 hours to Kristiansand. 2 hours and 30 minutes to Egersund and 2 hours and 15 minutes to Arendal.
