Amazing location, pubs, beach, amusements and fish and chips all in under a 5 minute walk even with a 5 year old in tow! Smart property and very private. We managed to get parked right outside on arrival and didn’t need the car again until we left!

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

A comfy, clean and central location. Good for a family with teens. We had everything we needed and communication was prompt. Enjoyed a day trip to Dover Castle and Mass downtown. Very easy to get to by foot. Thank you for a lovely stay! May God bless you!

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Fantastic historic cottage in a perfect spot to explore Rye...situated by the stunning church, close to the cannons you can soak up the history.

After booking at the last minute, Ben was super responsive and happy to accommodate. We had a great weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. A great location for the Park. And handy walk down the road/path from the house to end up by the giraffes!

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! Just got back and unpacked with smiles on all our faces including the puppy as we had such a lovely stay. Larissa was so welcoming and so kind to us all. Beautiful property and surroundings and would love to come back again soon. High recommended.

Great stay for 2 nights. Easy check in and out instructions, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Dog friendly and very close to all the Dover sights!

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

We stayed at Badger’s Den for the bank holiday weekend. What a great place! The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the pool and spa facilities are fantastic and the cottage itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a weekend away. The location is peaceful and away from everything but you are close enough to the town if you need anything. Chris is a great host and couldn’t be more helpful, on hand with great recommendations to spend the weekend. We will definitely be back again

Angela’s van was the perfect getaway for us and our two young children - everything was exactly as described and the van was well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The site the van is on is clean, tidy and has great amenities for families. Would definitely recommend!

From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The space is beautifully styled — a perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy charm. The Hosts were wonderful and made us feel completely at home, even leaving a few personal touches that made the experience feel extra special. This is a charming, secluded retreat that feels surprisingly remote given its accessibility from London. We were warmly welcomed by Claudia and her partner who were on hand for any issues (there weren’t any) but left us to our own devices. We appreciated the thoughtful breakfast goods they left for us, outdoor toys which our toddler loved and the cottage itself is very comfortable and stylishly fitted out. Very comfortable for our dog as well with a field to run in and securely fenced area that the cottage opened up to. Highly recommend!

We had a such a lovely stay at Andrea’s chalet! We were joining a larger group who were staying at a local campsite and it worked out perfectly, as we were close by but had all of the comforts that camping couldn’t offer. Andrea was really friendly and accommodating and even treated us to some eggs from her chickens! We hope we’ll be able to stay again at some point in the future. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality ❤️

Great Airbnb, we had a fantastic time here!

Faultless. We arrived and met Steve who was extremely amiable. The accommodation definitely met up to all our expectations and the grounds were so lovely and perfect for our pooch who bless him has not been so well of late but he was so happy wondering around. We only had a 2 night stay as were visiting various friends over the 2 days so did not really get to really appreciate what a lovely place Steve and Tina obviously spent a lot of time and attention into making it a wonderful place to stay. The donkeys are adorable. All in all we would highly recommend a stay to anyone looking for peace and quite and such lovely surroundings. There are so many lovely places to visit withing a short drive so a perfect base to explore. We certainly will be back the next time we come to Kent. Thank you Steve and Tina Oh and appreciate all the little goodies you provide us. Lovely touch.

I stayed for my 30th birthday celebrations and had the best time ever. This place was perfect! the decor, the location, the surroundings and most importantly Karen and her husband was so friendly and lovely and ensured I had a special birthday. I’ve stayed at Airbnb’s before and I’ve never had a host as lovely as Karen was, the perfect host we could have wish for. The swimming pool was amazing and me and my family had a wonderful time enjoying it in the sun with a BBQ. The cottage was spotless and a welcome hamper was provided and every little detail was perfect. The garden area was beautiful through out the day and so peaceful and relaxing. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, it was truly perfect and I will definitely be staying again and recommending to everyone I know! Thank you again for making it such a special birthday x

We had an amazing weekend in Dover and was very happy with our accommodation. The place was spotless and the shower had good water pressure. The garden is beautiful which was a lovely bonus to sit outsit in the evening. Host's were very friendly and caring, especially towards our 4 month old baby who also had a great time.
