Enjoying a peaceful setting in the Kent countryside, Copse Corner cottage provides an ideal location for a relaxing holiday and a chance to unwind. The cottage is very well equipped and is furnished to a high standard with access to private patio area overlooking a woodland habitat which enjoys a wide variety of wildlife. Nestled in the Kent countryside you will find this traditional oak framed self-catering hideaway with luxury finishes and beautiful surroundings. With stunning view and the historic village of Chilham just a short walk away, Copse Corner is an ideal location to explore the Garden of England. Set within the 4 acres of the Owners property and adjoining a private woodland and meadow, this is a perfect romantic retreat for a holiday or stolen weekend away and also a wildlife watcher's paradise! Copse Corner features a cosy open plan living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has a country feel with Smeg induction hob and compact oven/microwave, a small fridge freezer, Nespresso machine with selection of capsules. A further separate utility room is available with a washing machine and laundry facilities. The living area features a wood-burning stove, especially useful on those chilly autumn nights, and a free supply of logs. The comfy seating area is an ideal place to relax and unwind, with a small selection of books and games available. Duck down through the quirky low doors to access the patio which is set in a quiet corner adjacent to the woodland and meadow. The bistro table and chairs offer the perfect spot to enjoy the birdsong and fresh country air, you may even catch a glimpse of the pheasants as well as other wildlife. Maybe take the opportunity to dine al fresco or enjoy breakfast (with the Owners' hens providing the eggs, when available). A dedicated parking space is available near to the Owners property. The Owners live close-by and are on hand should you need them, but otherwise will not disturb your stay. A warm welcome awaits our visitors who we are sure will have a truly memorable holiday. If we are not on-site please do not hesitate to call or text on our mobiles The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is a short walk from the historic village of Chilham with its Tudor period homes, tea room, 2 pubs and gift shop. Canterbury is a short car or train journey away. Within easy reach of London (37 minutes by high speed train from St Pancras to Ashford followed by a connection to Chilham Railway station). A peaceful setting to sit back and enjoy, or for those seeking something more energetic, try the walks and cycle routes nearby. A car is not essential for your stay as we are approximately 1 mile from the mainline railway at Chilham. Although trains can be few and far between so please check timetables before deciding on this option.

Newly converted stable block
Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

The Annexe at Rockley
A contemporary space amongst pretty gardens in rural kent, The Annexe at Rockley is a self contained building. Tucked away down a country lane outside the village of Bethersden it’s an ideal base for walking and cycling or exploring the beautiful surroundings. There is plenty to do in the area for a short break such as visiting the local towns of Tenterden Canterbury and Tunbridge Wells . It’s also well placed for a stopover for anyone heading to France with Eurotunnel only 25 minutes away.

Watermill, beautiful village of Wye, North Downs
Listed watermill, mentioned in Domesday book, converted into a Georgian house in 1776, set in 8 acres, 100m from train station (Canterbury and London ). Wye has restaurants, pubs and shops in the village. Accommodation is in the old Mill, with 5 bedrooms (2 ensuite), (sometimes an extra bedroom and bathroom), a fully fitted new kitchen, a grand dining-sitting room over the river. Private terrace overlooking river, and 3-acre island , rowboat, wild water swimming. We welcome up to 2 dogs.

Snap Mill Barn is a recently refurbished one bedroom barn located between Pluckley and Smarden in rural Kent. Surrounded by arable farm land with tranquil surrounding country side with a variety of walks at your doorstep. Open plan living with self contained kitchen, lounge dinner complete with log burner and super fast wifi. Stylish bathroom with enclosed shower and all linen and toiletries provided. Fully enclosed patio area. Many local amenities nearby i.e National Trust properties.

The Stables
Our one bedroom studio is the perfect retreat for two to relax and unwind. Just a short walk from the tree lined high street of Tenterden, with it's eclectic mix of independent shops, historic buildings and small cafes, it is also home to Kent & East Sussex's heritage steam railway. But if relaxing with your favourite glass is more your thing, then it's worth noting, that it is also in the centre of England's wine country, with our local vineyards - from Chapel Down to Gusbourne.

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views
The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Please advise me if you have any other preferences instead of any of the above, as I want to cut down on waste. ….. thanks !

Adorable 1 bedroom guest barn, Boughton Monchelsea
This barn is situated in the picturesque village of Boughton Monchelsea. It has its own private garden with stunning meadow views. It has lots of local amenities to explore and is only 15 minutes drive from Leeds castle and a 15 minute drive to the train station which will take you directly into London. The exposed oak beamed barn is situated next to a traditional oast house, perfect for romantic getaways and people who want to escape the fast pace of everyday life.

Set in the grounds of a stunning 400 year old Tudor Hall and gardens, this beautiful new property is 1.5 miles away from the gorgeous Sissinghurst Castle Garden and within easy reach of Biddenden, with its renowned vineyard and Michelin starred restaurant. A perfect setting for couples, small families or friends. It has a very large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with doors onto a decked terrace and two en-suite double bedrooms, with ample room for parking.

Stylish one-bedroom studio in Appledore, Kent
The studio which has recently been refurbished, is set in the garden adjacent to the main house. It has it’s own entrance exclusively for guests, which you enter via French doors off the patio. This space can also be enjoyed for a morning coffee or a glass of wine on a sunny afternoon or evening. We are set in the picturesque village of Appledore which has a local shop, beautiful church and a lovely country pub all within a two minute walk from the studio.

Bruins Oast Lodge is a old converted workshop nestled next to a beautiful Kentish Oast house in the small village of Kenardington.,it backs on to its own private woodlands, with a firepit. BBQ and 4 person hot tub. Great for just relaxing, catching up with friends and family or walks, bike rides and outings to nearby Kentish attractions. Gusbourne vineyard a mile up the road, as is the Rare breeds centre which is ideal for families.

The Old Dairy at Our Oast House
The Old Dairy has been refurbished and is clean, bright and welcoming.The bedroom has a neutral decor with lamps to provide more subtle lighting in the evening if required. The bed is a king size with a duck down and feather duvet and pillows. There is a two seater sofa and a flatscreen tv with DVD player. The bathroom is spacious and clean.
