Lovely bright apartment, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms on the back of the building away from the road with views of trees and shrubbery. Complimentary milk and croissants were a lovely extra. If coming to Hastings again would stay here and recommend it to friends. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely house with spacious rooms and high ceilings. Good communication. Conveniently situated for coastal walks and is walking distance into the town.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. Well presented property - accurate photos, immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, with shops within short walking distance. Parking spot was a great help! George was very helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again, whenever in the area!

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Great stay, with lovely interior of accomodation and nice garden. Even toys for our son were there as well as all necessary bathing equipment. Beautiful garden and great location to explore the area with train (1 hour train ride to London)

After booking at the last minute, Ben was super responsive and happy to accommodate. We had a great weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. A great location for the Park. And handy walk down the road/path from the house to end up by the giraffes!

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was clean and thoughtfully set up with plenty of supplies. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

Oh what a great place to stay. Within easy walking distance to all the touristy things that need to be done, grocery stores and supermarket (Aldi). We never drove the car anywhere from its private parking spot, avoiding the chat and hassle of parking in town. One of the best appointed Airbnb’s we have stayed in so far.

Lovely place to stay, loved the bedrooms that were different styles. Close to Whitstable and the use of the private lake was a nice bonus as we do paddled boarding. Perfect 👌

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia. Lovely couple of days in Sandgate- the apartment is perfect. The roof terrace huge and a complete sun trap. The flat is so well equipped and especially loved the telescope upstairs which we used to look at the strawberry moon! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting some rest and relaxation by the sea.

Pauline is an excellent host, was very helpful recommending restaurants to book in Whitstable. We really enjoyed our stay at Mollys Place, comfortable, everything we needed, easy walk into Whitstable. Only a couple of minutes to reach the walk along the coast. We also found it was easy access from Mollys Place to the road network when travelling around Kent. Overall excellent stay, highly recommended.
