Beachfront holiday rental in Ashley Down

The house is excellently located. It's located right near the marine lake and its beach; this is where you'll spend most of your beach time. It's right near the promenade. It's close to plenty of shops/cafes/restaurants. Everything was in good condition and it fit 4 adults and 6 children just fine! Parking is a little tight outside the house, and there's only room for one car -any additional cars will have to be parked on the pretty packed public streets. However, this isn't really anything that the host can correct since Weston-Super-Mare is just quite jammed in general.

We stayed a wonderful week at Marie's apartment, it is much more spacious than the pictures show. It is very clean and everywhere is spotless. The beds are very comfortable and having a bathroom and a wet room is a bonus. it's only 6 minute walk to the dog friendly beach and about 20 minutes along the promenade to The Pier. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and Marie kindly leaves you with added extras, milk, bread, jams, biscuits and cereal. Marie is a very responsive and an excellent Host. We hope to return sometime.

Beckie’s place was awesome. Exactly as described. Clean, tidy, had everything we needed. We were visiting family and it was a perfect location. We could just breeze out the front door every morning and be straight down to the sea front in a couple of minutes. The street was tucked away so it was nice and quiet. Beckie’s communication was flawless and she was there to help us with anything we needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Weston. Beckie was absolutely lovely too, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Thanks Beckie!

nice little cottage which was perfect for the 4 of us and a very central location. Henry was a great communicator and was very clear with instructions making it easy for us. 100% recommend :)

We spent three wonderful days at Beach End Retreat. It was everything that we could have asked for. Great flow in the kitchen/living room, a lovely sunny terrace and a pretty shaded garden. The apartment was very well appointed, though we never got to try the jukebox.

A wonderful, quirky house, full of colour, lovely big rooms, great Christmas decorations and a good view of the sea from some rooms. Well stocked, with all you could need. A few minutes walk to the sea.

This place was great for our stay, the house has everything you can think of and more. Has a lot of character Great location Clean and hosts friendly and good communication.

Had a lovely stay was so local to the seafront only max 5 min walk. Loved having a garage as parking can sometimes be an issue so that was very nice. Would definitely stay again in the future 😊

Amazing house with a very welcoming atmosphere, thoughtfully furnished, with plenty of space for the ten of us - age range from 4 to 75. We appreciated the welcome pack on arrival and loved the personal touches in the art on the walls. The location is good for coastal walks or visits to Bristol (convenient for park&ride), or just chilling out beside the marina. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to experience all the enticing eating/drinking places locally but The Siren had a good choice of ales. Only issue was finding a parking space on the road close by, but it was a bank-holiday weekend. Many thanks to Brendan and Emilie for setting the scene for a lovely weekend.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location. It’s a little bit away from the bars and restaurants, but that is no issue as the taxis are easily available. The communication from Ty SA’s team was excellent. We had a minor issue where the smoke alarm was beeping every minute. We did try to fix it, but it was slightly tight and we didn’t want to risk breaking it. We then contacted Ty SA and they arranged a repair at a time to suit us. The repair man arrived on time, fixed it relatively quickly and was friendly throughout. I would highly recommend both Ty SA and this apartment!

Had a lovely stay in the harmony apartments, really great location, beautiful apartment that felt like a home away from home. Really close to beach and restaurants and nice and quiet at night! Will glad stay here again!

We spent our Christmas Days in Silver’s lovely apartment. The most impressive is the stunning view over the bay. Absolutely fantastic. The accommodation is very clean, beautiful designed and with a lovely fire place. We extremely enjoyed our stay. Silver is a lovely person. There are many things to do and see in that area. Unfortunately, we had nasty weather over Christmas. But, that was no problem, because we enjoyed to spend our time in the lovely apartment with the fire place and Apple TV. Thank you Silver!

Dean is a fantastic host, responded to messages quickly and was very helpful. The apartment is expected via the photos, a quirky little place. Spotless and clean. Close to town, the beach and pier.
