Monthly Rentals in Ashley Down

I stayed at Guy's house for four months (January–April 2025) while in Bristol for a visiting period at the University. The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Bristol—clean, quiet, and very pleasant to live in. It's just a 20-minute walk from the University and close to a bus stop and several supermarkets and other local shops. The house itself is comfortable and clean. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. Guy is a great host, quick to reply and very helpful. I only had a couple of minor issues during my stay, and he resolved them immediately. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Bristol for study or work for a short period of time.

Lovely accommodation and hosts were very friendly & helpful. Bed is really comfortable and room has a small table and chair which was great as I had work to do in the evening. Everything is spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

I really enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a conference and the studio was a perfect base for one person. Particularly well-equipped for such a small space. Well worth the money.
